 Checklist for installation (detailed instructions in chapter 3 of the user manual)

Ensure optimal operation

□ Verify the location specifications

□ Check the electronical current requirements. If necessary, use:

□ Electronic stabilizer
□ UPS
Installation of accessories and software
Register the analyzer to activate the warranty and obtain the software with license (see QR

□ Mount the reagent and sample rack

□ Install the washing solution and waste container

□ Connect the power cord to a suited power supply

□ Connect to a computer using the USB­B cable

□ Install the Hi software on the connected computer

Checking the CYANElite 290 analyzer

□ Prime the hydraulic system

□ Install and align the reaction cuvettes

Adaptation of the system to the customer

□ Import the software license and method files (received after analyzer registration)

System setup: language, report settings, data export path, define method groups and
□ profiles and create user accounts
Customize the programs: assign methods to specific method groups, adjust the report unit
