"Victory is the child of preparation and determination"

I believe that determination is all about commitment to achieve your goals, regardless of the
challenges you might experience. In other to be determined you need to understand your abilities and
disabilities in life. I live by the idea that you need to get back up the moment life tries to bring you down.

All my life I have seen how the power of education can fundamentally change a person. My dad
was a very intelligent man but he was never given the opportunity to further his education because of
his poor background . I came from a family of eight ,despite the fact that thing were really difficult I was
till able to finish my secondary school education.

I completed my secondary school education in the year 2019,since there was money to further my
education I had to start doing menial jobs in other to help my parent,I believe that this jobs taught many
skills such as responsibility, Money management, organization,perseverance and compassion for others .
I have always wish to further my education whenever I see my friends going to the university I always
feel bad for myself not only do I feel bad I cried to the extent that I will start asking God when will it be
my turn.

I was able to work for three good years,in the year 2023 i was able to register for jamb, while
working I was also studying it wasn't easy for me I was determined to pass my jamb this year ,I scored
225 in my jamb,I also wrote my post utme exam and was given admission into delta state university as a
first batch aspirant.it only takes determination for me to achieve my aim and be successful in life.

I believe that the only way to be determined is to develop strategies to meet your goals. I plan to make
my higer education s broad and well- rounded one that will allow me to explore both my academic and
creative interest. I think everybody should face their lives in a fearless way. I believe that I can reach my
goal through your help
