Team Responsibilities

PROJECT TEAM LEADER

1. Usually, one of the developers—not necessarily the greatest or most skilled—is given
this responsibility. This person should possess leadership skills that enable them to
maintain communication.
2. Team leaders are in charge of conflict avoidance and resolution in addition to making
sure the team is operating at adequate performance levels.

TECHNICAL LEADER

1. Previously, we would refer to a tech lead as an "architect." Today, the word "analyst" fits
better. However, who is this? In reality, it serves as the team's "lead example" in terms of
technical expertise.
2. Tech leaders can address issues that are not directly related to the development process,
such as those involving hardware or the integration of external sources.

FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

1. It's a coder who isn't focused on any one thing in particular. In comparison to a front-end
or back-end developer, a full stack developer may appear less skilled because of this.
However, because of their extensive knowledge and expertise, they can execute a
solution on each system architecture tier (view, business logic, database).
2. A full stack developer is essential for less challenging, demanding projects where costs
are a major consideration.
UX DESIGNER

1. A UX designer thinks about how the experience makes the user feel, and how easy it is
for the user to accomplish their desired tasks.
2. They also observe and conduct task analyses to see how users actually complete tasks in
a user flow.
3. UX design is NOT about visuals; it focuses on the overall feel of the experience.

UI DESIGNER

1. Like user experience design, user interface design is a multi-faceted and challenging role.
It is responsible for the transference of a product’s development, research, content and
layout into an attractive, guiding and responsive experience for users.
2. User interface design is a purely digital practice. It considers all the visual, interactive
elements of a product interface—including buttons, icons, spacing, typography, color
schemes, and responsive design.

QA LEAD

1. Maintaining positive relationships between those responsible for various system-under-

construction sectors is one of their most important duties.
2. A QA manager is mostly in charge of overseeing end users' responses to the project.
