protects the owner from other people who deliberately or unintentionally copy his or her work
or invention

TRADEMARK

 a word, a group of words, sign, symbol, or a logo that distinguishes your business’ goods or
services from those of other traders. If a brand name has is followed by the trademark symbol, it
means that the brand name has exclusive use of its trademark

top of the letter ‘d’.)
FAIR USE POLICY

 refers to the copying of a copyrighted material, with the purpose of using it for a review,
commentary, critic, or parody, without the need to ask permission from the copyright owner
 o applicable when you cite a few lines from a song of a famous celebrity as an introduction to a
book review. It keeps users from legal suits of copyrights infringement
