In recent years, whether to engage in a specified career early in the human life and
whether this pathway will yield a satisfactory outcome has been the topic of discussion.
Personally, I am partly in favor of the argument in terms of set career paths. This essay
will elaborate on my reasons and will suggest procedures that contribute to one's
wellbeing in his working life.
To commence, the fundamental reason for setting up a particular vocation early on
is that it will bring contentment in a later period of life. By making career decisions at
such an age, people can set goals to which they devise time and energy so as to pursue
desired occupations, especially in professions that require years of attaining academic
skills and training. This, accordingly, provides them with the opportunity to advance and
explore the depths of their career. Moreover, the experience from the career pathway,
provided they persist in it, will increase the chance of their promotions and they are to
become more well-rounded. Thus, it will lead to a work-life balance and eventually
satisfaction later in an their life. For example, Taylor Swift, a world-famous American
singer and songwriter, is known to have nurtured her aspiration for singing since she was
11 and was determined to become a singer. After years of refining her skills and talent,
she is now leading a satisfactory working life by pursuing what she opted for.
Aside from early decision-making, job-hopping or passion-driven occupations
can bring about a sense of satisfaction to some extent. Trial and error is an indispensable
part of choosing jobs, which can be painstaking. However, working multiple temporary
jobs will not only offer valuable working experience but also help one decide the right
work to settle down to one heart's content. In addition, devotion and ardor foster
satisfaction in an individual's working life. Doing start-ups that you are passionate about
motivates you to put more effort into making it a success and, ultimately, to gain
gratification and fulfillment.
In conclusion, I believe that committing to a specific career path at a young age
can provide pleasure. However, early decision-making on professions might not be
suitable for everyone and it is far from the only method of achieving a carefree future.
