The teacher will tell a scenario in which she buys in a department store and gives emphasis on the prices
of the goods being sold. Using the replicas of coins and bills and the symbols written on the flash cards
given, pupils will mount on the board each replica together with its symbol.

Activity 3 (Pupil to Pupil)


“Bring Me”
Group the class into four. The grade 2 pupil in each group will be the leader. Each group will be given
play money. Each group will compete on who can bring the exact amount that the teacher asked using the
play money. First group to reach 5 score wins.
IV. APPLICATION
Divide the class according to their grade level. Show the pictures of the things the pupils chose in
Activity 1 without their prices.
