 Participants must be holding flaglets
 Center left of stage, not on bleachers
 There will be a jingle – Sir Jhun will clarify from Sir
Lou if all are to participate in the singing of the jingle
 80% of GLAFJENHS teachers will be attending the
event

 Ma’am Helen, Ma’am Leah, Ma’am Genevieve, Ma’am

 Rose Ann, Ma’am Princess Joy, and Ma’am Riza Mae
are chosen not to attend
 68 people from the school can attend the event
 15 Grade 9 teachers will attend
 Sir Jhun mentioned that the reporting time is the
same and teachers may wear denim on Monday
 Food will be given to those who will not join the event
Agenda 2  5AM meet-up at school
December 10 GAD /  Those who would want to be picked up are not
Thanksgiving / Retirement covered by the insurance of the service provider
of Sir Zaldy  Sir Prudencio Animas will be the speaker
 To discuss DepEd No. 49, s. 2022
 There will be prizes from TEC
 The event will be more on enjoyment
 An optional exchange gift will be done worth 500php
 Sir Zaldy will dance with Science and Grade 10
teachers
 Chocolate bouquet, 60 pieces, will be offered to Sir
Zaldy
 Wear Bohemian attire
 Bring extra clothes for swimming and games
 Payment of 678php can be paid now
 No family members are allowed to join the program
Other Matters  Ma’am Leah will be the host of the flag lowering if it
would not rain later
 5PM will be the flag lowering event
 Ma’am Faith will take photos of the event, to be sent
to Sir Xavier for documentation
 Ma’am Arlene or Sir Arman may be called for some
announcements
 SF2 must be submitted now
 Update the LIS
 Give folders of student records to new advisers
 Write on the Google Sheets the name of the students
who do not have IDs
 Ask students to submit their e-signatures, for those
who do not have IDs yet
 Students do not want to wear their IDs because there
are names with wrong spellings

 Periodical tests may take place on the third week of

 January
 STs will have their demonstration teachings and other
classes may be affected
 50 minutes will be the allotted time for the
demonstration
 Ma’am Helen asked if they could change rooms,
Kamatsilehan and Duhatan, for the demonstration
teaching of her student-teacher
 Where will LSAs do during the Christmas Party?
 Ma’am Nina will come back on December 19
 Ma’am Kristine De Leon’s reporting will only be up to
next week
 Grade 9 students went to Grade 10 building
 Remind students not to go to other buildings during
their break
 Make flaglets, along with STs
 Ask for BBQ sticks from the canteen
 The flaglets will be used on Monday
