Study Plan

My name is CHINGUUN I graduated from “Khishig” Chinese high school in Mongolia. Currently
I am looking for a university that fits with my profession and passion. I am looking forward to
become a civil engineer. There is a several reason that I choose this profession.
First reason is when I had to choose a career that I will pursue, Engineering was a closest thing I
wanted to pursue.

My father is engineer ever since he was a kid. He does lot of thing here and there that requires
engineering skill. One of the biggest example is he build himself a camping car with engineering
skill. I think its something I took from my father. As a kid I used to help my father a lot. It
definitely one of thing that affected to choose this profession. And I always liked the
complicated structure and design of building.
The second reason is my home country Mongolia is a considered as a developing country.
There are lot of lacking and improve needed problems in Mongolia and engineers are very
important for it. Our capital city Ulaanbaatar is surrounded by a four big mountains and has lot
of places that use coal and other things to warm up in the winter and because of that there are
lot of air pollution in Ulaanbaatar. And because of that there is a requirement of Infrastructure
improvement. I believe being a skilled engineer will bring lot of betterment to my home
country.

-REASON I CHOOSE TAIWAN

Taiwan has a extremely safe comfortable living condition thick culture and a friendly people.
by 2023 Taiwan ranked 3rd in a world safety ranking. also Taiwan has a relatively low cost of
living compared to other countries and a modern healthcare system.
Things I will follow through while I am studying in Taiwan:
- Improve my communication, management and language skill in various way.
- To participate public and social events of university voluntarily, other sport and art com
- Study and research advancements in civil engineering science and technology.

And university provides a environment with experienced teachers and a different places to
improve yourself in a multiple different ways and got to meet lot of new people.
First year while I studying in Taiwan I will try to take a scholarship of a next year
Also I’ll do a part time job and by doing it. I believe it will help me learn in a new environment
expand my experience in life.
