IOT WORKSHOP

Introduction
Electronics and Communication Students Association (ECSA) is a community of present and former
students of the Division of Electronics Engg, SOE, CUSAT, which aims to nourish the academic and
professional development of students. As part of ECSA 2023-24, an IOT workshop was conducted.

Speaker Details
The speakers were Abhijith K Shaji , Founder and CEO of HAWKORB LLP & Hariprasad K P , Co-Founder
and CTO of HAWKORB LLP. Both of them are good speakers and highly skilled in the IOT domain.

Summary
The session began at 9 am with Adith M H, secretary of ECSA delivering the Introductory speech. The
speaker first introduced the students to all basics on topic collaboratory before he shifted onto the topic.
The session divided the participants into groups and each group had a mentor from S7. The session
included hands-on experience on arduino microcontrollers and also home automation techniques.The
workshop concluded around 5:30pm and Niranjan K, Chairman of ECSA, delivered the official vote of
thanks. The session ended with the feedback from students and all the feedback was highly positive.
