The bar depicts a report in 1990 and 2002 about average house prices in five different
cities that changed in two different periods and compared to 1989 average house prices. In
general, the first graph shows most of cities had a average house price lower than 1989 house
prices, while the second period presents a significant positive change compared to the previous
period.

In 1990 period, London and Tokyo simultaneously had the lowest average prices among
five cities with percentages below than 5%. New York also had an average house price that lower
than 1989 average prices, but had a higher price compared to London & Tokyo. However,
Madrid and Frankfurt are the only two cities that had a price higher than 1989 average house
prices.

Turning to the second graph, London that previously the lowest average house price
skyrocketed the price and becomes the highest in the year. Followed by New York and Madrid
that a significant raise on average prices. Furthermore, Tokyo had a fairly growth but still lower
than 0%, while Frankfurt the only city experienced an average price reduction.
