    ACTION TO BE TAKEN
    1. Already advise factory production & QC manager to ensure.
    2. Inform Technical team to make sure Re-enforcement of all pocket bar tack .
    3. Sb used tack in adjustable elastic in cb waist.
    4. Advise to our production dept need to be used self fabric in back pocket button attached area.
    5. Action to be taken to needle change. Now we are use grozebraker needle.
