Introduction

Cadiz City, located in the province of Negros Occidental in the Philippines, is a vibrant and culturally rich
destination known for its stunning beaches, historical landmarks, and warm hospitality. As a popular
tourist destination, the city attracts a significant number of domestic and international visitors each
year. The hospitality industry in Cadiz City, comprising hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other related
businesses, plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional experiences to tourists and contributing to the
city's economic growth.

1.2 Aim and Objectives

The aim of this research is to explore and highlight the importance of hospitality in Cadiz City. By
examining various aspects of the hospitality industry, this study aims to provide valuable insights into its
impact on the city's economy, culture, and overall visitor experience. The specific objectives of this
research are as follows.

1. To analyze the economic contributions of the hospitality industry in Cadiz City.

2. To examine the role of the hospitality sector in promoting and marketing Cadiz City as a tourist
destination.

3. To evaluate the impact of hospitality services on visitor satisfaction and loyalty.

4. To explore how the hospitality industry contributes to the preservation and promotion of Cadiz City's
unique cultural heritage.

1.3 Significance of the study

Understanding the importance of hospitality in Cadiz City is crucial for sustainable tourism development
and the overall growth of the city. This research will provide valuable insights to policymakers, tourism
authorities, and industry stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions and implement
strategies that enhance the city's hospitality offerings. Additionally, the findings of this study will

1.4 Scope and Limitations

This research study focuses specifically on the importance of hospitality in Cadiz City. While the study
acknowledges the influence of other factors such as transportation, attractions, and marketing, the
primary emphasis is on the role and significance of the hospitality industry. However, it is important to
note that this research may face limitations in terms of data availability and accessibility. This study will
rely on both primary and secondary data sources to gather comprehensive and reliable information.

1.5 Research Methodology

In this study we will used survey research methods were we collect data through interviews and survey
questionnaire with visitors/tourists, hospitality industry professionals, and local residents of Cadiz
city.The collected data will be analyzed using qualitative and quantitative techniques to provide a
comprehensive understanding of the research topic.
