CONCLUSION

Here we have showed and explained that how one


can test to see if he/she has a function, and if the
function is one-to-one using the vertical and
horizontal line tests, respectively. Both tests are
done by drawing a line on the graph. If the given
curve crosses any vertical line twice, it is not a
function. If a function crosses any horizontal line
twice, it is not one-to-one.
We have showed two different graphs and
performed the line tests for each case to show the
best way to do them.
