Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solving the tickets and providing solutions to the queries raised by the end-user
Participate/manage client interaction regarding incidents and change requests
• Work on incidents within defined SLAs and provide solution to the client
• Analyzing the errors, researching the cause of errors, providing corrective solutions
• Discussing the critical issues with end-users
