Notes :

-This Quotation is Valid for next 30 Days only. Discount offer is subject to change without prior intimation. Discount
is applicable on Wood Work only
-The above quoted rates are based on current sizes and will vary as per the designs & actual measurements
-In above Quote Variation of 5 to 10% may come after designing or actual measurements at site. If any new
elements or new units are added during design stage, price will increase in quotation accordingly.
-The revised scope of work/Quotation, post the designing, can not be less than the initial value of Quotation.
-All payments made at any stage are non-refundable
-Any payment via Credit cards will attract 2% Service Charge to be borne by the customer
-we-verse enterprises has rights to do photoshoot for our records upon completion of Project.

Design Phase :
-Includes 2D & 3D Designing, Video Walkthrough of the house. Production will start after Design Sign-Off
-If any unit(s) is cancelled after designing, 10% of the estimated cost of that unit(s), will be charged as Designing
charges for those unit(s).
-All electrical fittings/Lights/Fans/Curtains/Décor items/electrical modifications/tile/granite/masonry/plumbing/wall
& Ceiling/false ceiling painting, or any other modifications not mentioned above will be charged seperately
-All woodwork would be factory made and assembly will take place at site, except certain design which will be done
on-site.
-Final measurements will be considered as per approved. All measurements are to be taken wall to wall

-Standard Plywood with BWR/MR Grade as specified. Laminate: Merino/GreenLam/AiroLam. Acrylic/Membrane:

Imported material, to be selected from available shades. Special/Textured or MR+ Laminates or Colored Carcass will
cost extra. Profile handles in Kitchen or any other part will cost extra.

-In Kitchen Base, wall and Tall units only - Softclose Hinges to be used. In Wardrobe, Loft and other units - Regular
Hinges/Channels to be used or as specified.
Execution :
-Site progress will be updated twice a week to the clients.
-Installation shall be done by us only after the site is ready
-Your order will be delivered on or before the assured delivery date. Changing an order or unforeseen
circumstances may delay delivery time
-Any communication with installers is not suggested, discuss directly with our Project Executive or Project Manager
-we-verse enterprises is not responsible for any delay in project implementation due to third party vendors or for
reasons beyond its control
-All materials installation will be carried upon as per the approved designs by client
Timeline :
-Production & Execution : 2 BHK/3 BHK - 45 to 60 days | 4 BHK/Villa - 60 to 90 days
-Note : All above time is considered as working days only. Any festivals or Public Holidays to be included
accordingly. Any delay in payment will effect above execution timeline. Designing is entirely subjective and varies
from client to client.

-Hinges/Channels - Ebco/Hettich/Godrej with 10 Years of Functional warranty. No Warranty on Rust or damage.
Brand Warranty T&C applicable.
-10 Years of warranty in all wood work.
-Hob, Chimney, Appliances – Elica, Kaff, Faber Brands with 1 Year Manufacturer’s warranty. Brand T&C applicable.
-Warranty letter will be provided on completion of project and upon clearance of all payment, if any.
