Introduction of Let's now introduce the individuals who will play integral
MUPH Pampanga HOST 1 roles within the Miss Universe organization.
Organization

HOST 2 Our Head in Creative Visual - Brian Ordonez has a

remarkable background as the CEO and founder of Creative
Pixel Photo Studio. His role as a mentor, manager, and
photographer for beauty queens, along with being the official
photographer for local and national pageants, highlights his
expertise in the field. Additionally, his award-winning
achievements in various photo contests in Pampanga and
Manila showcase his talent and dedication. Ladies and
Gentlemen - Mr. Brian Ordonez.

HOST 1 Lets move on by meeting our Head of Fashion Consultant

He is , a prominent young international fashion designer
 hailing from Pampanga. With an impressive portfolio
spanning both national and international pageants, Benj has
been making waves in the fashion industry since 2016.

It may be providential that the universe aligned initials MUP

HOST 2 also stands for the name Malonne Ursal Pangan. He is one of
the transformative and talented make up connoisseurs in the
region hailing from Mabalacat, Pampanga. He is the owner of
Cocoon Make up studio and Metamorphosis. The signature
strokes of Malonne have left an indelible mark in the event
industry, pageantry and celebrity imaging here and in abroad
making him the top choice of his clientele. MUP is the first
Mabalaquenio to be featured at Wedding Essentials
Magazine, Philippine’s number 1 wedding magazine.

HOST 1 Next is our Head of Event and Planning Michael Cacai Munoz
is the CEO of Portfolio Events solution, one of the top event
planners in the Philippines. Having been graduated from The
Event School London in United Kingdom, Cacai has curved a
niche in Central Luzon as a powerhouse in the realm of event
management and styling. His artistry mainly depicts classy,
polished and tasteful execution of staged live events. Folks,

HOST 2 Let’s now meet our Head of Communication With over two
decades of experience in the management team, Izzy Basilio
had the privilege of contributing to the growth and success of
various BPO operations. Her journey has been marked by a
deep understanding of the industry, a passion for innovation,
and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. She
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree & major in Mass
Communication. During her academic journey she had the
opportunity to be an intern at "Eat Bulaga," where she
gained valuable insights in the media industry and honed her
practical skills. Her experience, coupled with passion for
creative communication, fuels her enthusiasm to contribute
effectively to any media-related endeavor she undertakes.
Friends, meet Izzy Basilio.

Our creative provincial Director Jay Luna is a multifaceted

HOST 1 individual with a diverse background. A seasoned
professional with the wealth of experience of a former
teacher. Has a background working in admin task as he was a
previous HR supervisor, and a former tourism officer .In
addition, he's been involved in event management as a
director and choreographer. He's also played significant roles
 in pageants, being part of the Mutya ning Kapampangan
2018 team and serving as a resident partner for Mutya ning
Sta. Rita from 2009 to 2014. Applause for Jay Luna, one of
the franchise owner.

HOST 2 She has an impressive career in the BPO industry over the
course nearly 20 years . Amiel de Dios is the Senior
Operations Manager in one of the biggest BPO in Clark .She
is a dedicated advocate for change, fearlessly using her voice
to champion equality within the LGBTQIA++ community.
She's also known for her advocacy for equality and diversity
within her field and was honored with the "Champion of
Diversity" award in 2019. Amiel also boasts a notable
background in beauty pageantry, having been crowned the
first "Bb Rosas ning Pampanga 2014." Her involvement in
pageants and corporate events has allowed her to organize
various engagement activities and events, including a site-
wide beauty pageant. It's impressive that Amiel is able to find
time in her busy schedule as a young entrepreneur. She is
well in managing time effectively for balancing work and
