UGNAYAN PARA SA R.A. 9266
Beyond the Page, Beyond the Blueprints, Beyond the Partnerships

In a remarkable back-to-back feat, the Ugnayan Para sa R.A. 9266 Program clinched the UAP
Media and Public Awards Program for FY 2022-2023. This three-part program demonstrates an
unwavering commitment to architecture and community building.

BEYOND THE PAGE: This program effectively uses social media and a published souvenir
magazine to showcase the chapter's vision. It inspires future architects and provides industry
partners with a platform to support the profession.

BEYOND THE BLUEPRINTS: Ugnayan Para sa R.A. 9266 encourages architects to create
meaningful networks and partnerships that extend beyond blueprints. It has led to successful
initiatives, like a blood donation campaign, and the introduction of bills strengthening the
architecture profession.

BEYOND PARTNERSHIPS: The program underscores the power of collaboration. By working

with local government units, NGOs, industry partners, and civic groups, it benefits a broader
audience. This inclusive strategy highlights architects' role in community development.

Ugnayan Para sa R.A. 9266 inspires architects to take a leading role in creating sustainable

Outstanding Unity and Camaraderie Program
PINSEL AT PINTURA: GUHIT PAALALA TUWING MAY SAKUNA
A Unity and Camaraderie Project with UAPSA-Bulsu and Caniogan Elementary School

In a mission to enhance disaster awareness among Caniogan Elementary School students,

"PINSEL AT PINTURA" brings together the UAP Del Pilar Bulacan Chapter, UAPSA-Bulsu
Chapter, and the local school community. Through informative infographics on the Disaster
Risk Reduction Management Wall, students are equipped with vital knowledge about what
to do and what to bring before, during, and after a disaster.

This collaborative effort doesn't stop at raising awareness. A Mural Painting Activity fosters
camaraderie between UAP professionals and the student organization, strengthening
connections. Importantly, the program educates teachers, parents, and students about the
role of UAP and UAP Del Pilar Bulacan Chapter within civil society.

For UAP members, "PINSEL AT PINTURA" not only showcases the organization's
commitment to elementary school development but also serves as a platform to share
expertise in Disaster Risk Reduction Management. By adapting complex concepts into easily
understandable visuals, the program nurtures future talent and reinforces Caniogan
Elementary School's reputation as an institution devoted to student awareness and
preparedness during disasters.

Outstanding Heritage Conservation Program
BANTAYOG: INSPIRASYON IYONG HANDOG

In the "BANTAYOG" project, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Del Pilar
Chapter takes on a noble mission. They aim to reintroduce the architectural profession's
importance in the community by conserving and preserving heritage structures.

This endeavor serves to promote the cultural, historical, and economic value of these assets,
enhancing their management and conservation standards. The project goes beyond
physical restoration, delving into thorough historical research and ensuring that these
monuments are accessible to the public for educational purposes. The vision is clear:
safeguard the cultural and historical heritage for future generations to appreciate.

For UAP members, the "BANTAYOG" project offers a unique chance to participate in
heritage conservation, enhancing their technical, collaborative, and project management
skills. This valuable experience helps architects grow in their field and contribute to
preserving the nation's cultural heritage.

Furthermore, the project holds immense significance for guests and benefactors. It
preserves the school's legacy, instills pride, attracts visitors, and serves as an educational
resource, enriching students' understanding of their school's history and heritage.
"BANTAYOG" exemplifies the power of heritage restoration in fostering community,
education, and preservation.

at the UAP 48th National Convention at PICC in the Outstanding
Chapter category. Our journey to this honor was fueled by our
resolute goal to "Level-Up." Through innovative initiatives, we've
reignited the essence of our profession, forging a profound
connection with our community. This award is not just a recognition,
but a celebration of our unwavering commitment to elevate the
architectural profession. It signifies the dedication, passion, and
relentless spirit of our members in the pursuit of excellence and

In a resounding display of sportsmanship and skill,

the UAP Del Pilar Chapter proudly congratulates
PDD Antonio B. Del Rosario Jr., often hailed as our
chapter's founder, for clinching the Championship
title in Badminton Level 4 during the UAP
Arkilympics 2023. The event, held at Victoria Sports
Tower on April 19, 2023, showcased not only his
athletic skills, but also his dedication to excellence
both within and beyond the architectural realm.

The Certificate of Recognition, presented in

acknowledgment of his outstanding achievement,
bears the date April 2023 and was conferred at the
prestigious Teatro Arkitekto, located on the 6th floor
of the UAP National Headquarters, Quezon City.

As we extend our heartfelt congratulations to PDD

Antonio B. Del Rosario Jr., we also acknowledge the
inspiration his victory brings to our chapter. His
success not only elevates the spirit of camaraderie
within UAP Del Pilar but also underscores the
multifaceted talents that make our architectural
community vibrant and dynamic.
