144CBM 8*6*2 enamel tank installation procedure

1)

Step 1: Build the concrete plinth. Follow the drawing:

Welding connect the U-bar steel basis.

Make sure the connection line of the water tank basis panel load

on the U-bar steel basis line. The U-bar basis after weld is

1m*1m square.
3）Bottom panel installation.

Find out the water tank panel which marked these numbers on the

panels, these are for the bottom of the tank.

B means Bottom; each panel has it’s own-selves location.

The panels B1~B48 are for the bottom.

At the point of 4 panels connection, please add one more

layer(20~25cm) rubber sealant will be better for anti leakage.

4) Weld the fixed angle steel on the U-bar basis. This is used for

connect and fix the steel basis and the water tank bottom panels.

Assemble the water tank partition wall.

In sequence :C / H/D/ABI/EJFGKL; (The partition wall marked

with ABCDEFGHIJKL )

The partition wall panel should be “ forward / left”;

Like this :
 Assemble the water tank side panel (wall) which marked with

“S”“ S1,S2,S3,~~S28”;
In sequence:

1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/28/27/26/25/24/23/22/21/20/19/18/17/16/15/

10/11/12/13; left 14 at last;

 Skill: nearby 2 sides wall, connect at same time, then they will

support for each other.

The lacing bar installation.

The layout of the lacing bars:

Pay attention on 2 points:

1) the “red” and “blue”, two lacing bars are special one, just because the lacing
panels of this two are special.
2）the “L:2920mm” lacing bar, 1 pc, should be weld on site. Because, it will go
through the net screen. This should weld in the tank, please make sure, not burn the
the rubber sealant at the bottom. Put the screen into the tank firstly, but do not fix it,
after installed the lacing bar, then

The “L:7930mm＂lacing bars, 3 pcs, should be weld on site. Because, it is too long,
the 20 ft container not enough to fill it.
1) Insert into it (the bigger tube), and to the bottom directly. This has been measured
well, just insert to the bottom. Then, well it.
2) When u weld it, please make sure put these two parts on the flat ground, so that,
the connect panel at the end of the lacing bar will match the holes on the wall well.

This lacing bar is SS316 material, so we send you some pcs of “SS316 welding stick”.
Please try to find it out in the parts box.

(for the bottom support frame is the normal Q235 steel, so no give you the welding
stick.)

Here bellow is the connection of the 2 lacing bar panels which middle is the
“partition wall”:
Here bellow is the connection of the lacing bar panels and the “ wall” of the tank:
7) Install the screen, and short pipes for the partition room.
The screen after install should be like this:
Connect the short pipes:
8)Install the cover:

To find out the water tank panel which mark “R”, to connect them

as water tank cover. R 1/R2`````````````R48;

At the same time, install the vertical support bar.

Please take the protection rubber cap on the two end of the

support bar. This support bar will put at the connection part

of the 4pcs panel of the bottom, to support to the top 4pcs

panel connect part.

The installation of the ladder.

The square tube ladder for inside of the tank, which no need

to fix.
 The round tube ladder for outside of the tank, which should

fix on the wall.

For prevent of the leakage, please install the special designed

plugging angle steel, it is used at the 4pcs vertical panel connect

part (the point of 2 penal vertical to another 2 penal ).

These 3 points like here bellow in the drawing, will be little difficult

to install the plug in. Just try. And add one more layer “rubber

sleant belt” / and add more “structural adhesive” Because, one side

there is the partition wall. So not flat.

Please wipe glass cement at the connect part of each 4 pc vertical

connect part. About 20 cm is enough.

The glass pipe for the level meter is in the ladder.
The inside ladder for the tank, should be take off from the tank. It is

not fixed with the tank.

Please :
1, worker should wear soft sole shoes to go inside to install.

2, do not strike with sharp hard objects.

3,read the direction carefully before.

4, it is easy to understand, just follow my direct to install it, one step

by one step.

5, All the parts quantity is very precise, Avoid waste and loss.

6, Before filling water， must make sure the structural adhesive

dried. And confirmed each parts/bolts/nut connected well.
