Direct Supervisor: Bior guard has very interesting capacity in a way he managed his team and delivery

projects. In 2023 he has fully achieved his objectives. He is extraordinary in moving to hardship areas with
footing over 50km and deliver project. He is the staff to nurture as future leader of projects. He was
advised to improve on documentation of project pictures and stories.

D. Staff Member's Comments


 To summarize what was learned during the assignment, difficulties encountered, quality of support from the direct supervisor
 To highlight professional interests and desired assignments
During the implementation of HCR Project which lasted for 9 months, we managed to achieve the target indicators as
planned. My sincere thanks and appreciation goes to my direct line supervisor whose guidance and consistent
mentoring has been so tremendous in ensuring that, the Project implemetation is successful. His relentles effort and
immediate response to issues concerninng the Project has impacted tangible progress during the course of Project
implementation. Though the challenges were so immense, we managed together with team members to make sure the
Project is implemented in the designated location through commitment and teamwork spirit which was highly
maintained. For the RFI Project which is ongoing, the inception is done in the two counties of Duk and Twic East. The
process of cash distribution has started in Twic East for the targetted 773 HHS.
