Rationale:
This outreach/extension is vital to the local government unit of Barangay Lucnab for it
strengthens the skills needed by its barangay legislators to better perform their functions as
endowed by their elective positions. It travers into the thrust of reinforcing the basic unit of the
local government of the Philippines, especially that it is the direct link between the government
and the general public.

Objectives:
This outreach/extension aims to provide the legislative body of Barangay Lucnab the necessary
skills in parliamentary practice, an inherent process that comes with their position as one of
the key players of in the local government.

End of Program Outputs:

At the end of this outreach/extension, the participants shall, in writing, formulate their ideas
on what should be included in the barangay’s internal rules and regulations.

Expected Final Outcomes/Success Indicators:

At the end of this outreach/extension, the participants shall have a better grasp of the basics of
parliamentary practice as indicated by their end of program outputs.
