Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Checklist

Were the pilot lights left on/turned back on?

Were prep lines, cutting boards, appliances, dishes, pans,


etc. covered to ensure no overspray?

Was the exhaust fan found to be working?

Is exhaust fan making unusual noise?

Was the kitchen floor mopped from front of appliances to exit


door?
