    I. INTRODUCTION:
    A baker or bakes shop is an establishment that produces and sells flour-based food baked
    and in an oven such as bread , cake ,pastries and pies.confectionery is a confection which
    are food items that are rich in sugar and carbohydrates.

    II. PURPOSE:
    You’ll get the chance to come up with innovative exciting new bakes to distinguish your
    self in the market

    III. DESCIPTION:
    It should be pleasant ,sweet and satisfying , overly sweet cakes can also be a turn off and
    it should be cake is yummy and has a good appearance

    IV. SUPPORT:
    We are expecting 400,000 pesos budget for this project . as we are planning to create a
    beautiful product and customer friendly cake shop. That is completely done with
    furniture , equipment , utensils and the ingredient . that can be use to produce perfect
    taste for cake.
