Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
has two goals, first is social
assistance which is to provide cash
assistance to the poor to alleviate
their needs (short term) and lastly it
aims to break the intergenerational
poverty cycle through investment in
human capital,(health, nutrition and
education(long-term).
Insurance - The insurance, which

each student must pay for at a rate
of 50 pesos, is meant to provide
financial support in the unlikely
event that they are hurt or have an
accident both inside and outside of
the school.
Benefits:
-accidental death/permanent
disablement – up to 50k financial

assistance
-accidental/medical reimbursement-
10k financial assistance
- Unprovoke murder & assault,-

cause of death- up to 50k financial
assistance
-hospital benefit, motorcycling riding

hospital worth 275/ day only.
d. Sports Update- 51 athletes out of

the 102 that competed in the District
Meet 2023 at Villa Luna High School
qualified for the City Meet, which will
take place on December 5-7. The
sports coordinator, Ma'am Junabelle
Sagun, provided an update on the
sports scene. She also expressed her
gratitude to the coaches for all of the
events.

Lastly on her speech, she thanked all

the parents of the athletes for
supporting financially as we are not
able to provide all the needed
financial for their children.
e. 13th Founding Anniversary – Sir

Michael Abairo gave us an update for
the upcoming 13th Founding
Anniversary on March 2024.Here are
the proposed Activities:
1. Reigning Beauties
2. Raffle Draw
3. Junior and Senior Prom
4.Fun Run
5. Search for Mr and Miss Baculod
Extension
6. Variety Show- Got Talent, Pera o
Bayong, Bingoi
7. Launching of Dona Simagogan

f. Canteen Matters- May Anne

Andres, School Canteen Manager

gave an updates regarding food
categories to be sold in the canteen:
Foods , snacks, and drinks sold in
the canteen should provide nutrients
like proteins, vitamins , minerals and
energy. In other words, these foods ,
snacks and drinks should be low in
sugar, fat, oil and salt. She also
reiterated that we are not cooking
any frozen meets or foods for the
lunch of everyone in the school.
g. School Head Hour – Ma'am

Liwayway Pascua and Sir Patricio
Gaoat, the OICs, were thanked by
Ma'am Jenalyn Laggui, our school
head, for responsibly fulfilling their
assigned obligations after she missed
a week of classes to attend a seminar
on the Deped Matatag
Implementation in Manila.
She congratulatedthe coaches &

students who shines in the recently
concluded Division Literary Joust
2023 held at Tagaran Elementary
School.
She also highlighted one of the

District/Division winners, our very
own Sir Patricio Gaoat, who created
his own story, "ANG PANGARAP NI
RAP." He'll be receiving his award in
Tuguegarao City as one of the
regional finalists on November
27,2023.
She also discussed or provided

updates on our school's budgets and
finances. requested the athletes'
parents for assistance once more for
the December 5–7, 2023, City Meet.
She brought up the date for

insurance, which will be on
November 13–17, 2023.

The body completely comprehended
what she said and the conversation
overall went smoothly.
h. Awarding of Certificates of
Recognition - Each adviser awarded
their achievers with certificate of
Recognition every grade level together
with our School Head Ma’am Jenalyn
Laggui, Marlon Galutera, the SPTA
president, Brgy. Captain Jonathan
Blas, and their proud parents or
guardians.
