Sub: Not following the shift timing and poor performance.
It has come to our attention that you have not followed the timing of the shift and ignoring the
instructions of your direct manager (Supervisor) plus leaving the hostess desk in the middle of
operation without informing which affected the breakfast operation. Kindly note that this is not the first
time we have had discussed this matter; you have been warned previously without much effect. As a
staff in the hotel with good performance record we urge you to be considerate of other staff and
operation too.
As a team member in the hotel, you must show positive attitude towards your work and your
colleagues.
We are left with no other option but to correct you suitably with the issue of this letter as a Note To
File. You are directed henceforth to avoid any repetitions of this nature and any similar incidents will
