    Dear Maám and Sir,

    A blessed day to each one of us!

    We would like to inform you that the 21st Philippine Mathematical Olympiad Qualifying Stage Competition is
    to be held in MSU, Iligan Institute of Technology, Andres Bonifacio Ave., Iligan City this coming Saturday,
    October 20, 2018. Our school will be sending 9 students to represent our school to participate on the said
    competition. Out of 9 students, four are coming from STE Grade 10- Dynamics.

    In line with this, we would like to ask your permission to please allow the following students listed below to be
    excused from your classes starting today, Oct. 15 until Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018 for they will be having a
    whole day intensive review in preparation for that competition.

    We are humbly asking you also to please consider to give them the percentage score (where they are present)
    on quizzes or activity they missed or only compute the scores they attended in class to lessen the burden in
    coping up with the affected lessons on your subject.

    Thank you so much for your usual support and cooperation. May God bless us all!
