Check Motor/ Lube Oil - Report Condition
Check Coolant Level
Check water level of Radiator
Check Radiator for leakages or any damages
Check the Battery Functional Efficiency
Check the Battery Distilled Water level
Check the Air Cleaner and Clean it.
Check Injector Nozzles if Exhaust is Dirty
Check and Adjust (If Required) the V Belt.
Check for Water in Fuel Filter - If any - Drain and inform
Check the All Alarm Connections on DG and BTS Site
Check for Wiring Connections (4 Core) and Other related Connections
Check the DG AMF panel status should be Auto mode & if any issue
Check for Fuse Connections and Fuel Joins for Leakages, Cracks and Cuts
Check - If DG has moved from its original place due to Vibrations
Check overall Site Condition and report if something unusual
Check if all terminal (ELECTRICAL &MECHANICAL Parts) need to check
& tighten Properly
Start the DG - Once and Check if Running is going smooth for 1 hour.
check of overall DG Status If any Genuine fault need to change & any
major fault in DG Should be inform
Dust should be clean DG outside, inside
Check the load current if load is not balance need to perform
Check the DG tank shield condition
