My Possessions (Assessment)

Instructions:
Before completing this assignment, you must read and review all the required learning resources

for this module. In this assignment, you will mention things that you own (that is, your

possessions).

1. Find two pictures of things that you have or that you own. For example: a house, a

car, clothes, games or furniture.

2. For each picture, write a paragraph of at least 5 sentences (simple and compound) in

which you describe your possessions.

3. Lastly, label the following parts of speech in your paragraphs:

a) 2 possessive nouns

b) 2 possessive adjectives

c) 2 verbs

d) 2 coordinating conjunctions “FANBOYS” (For, And, Nor, But, Or, Yet So)

e) 2 prepositions
This is my desk, where I study and spend most of my time. This desk is one of two we have in

our home. My sister Cristina is elder. I am pleased to know that I am the owner of my own

space, where without distractions or interruptions I can prepare academically. In the future I want

to be a great professional and offer my sister a better quality of life and a good example. In this

corner I have cried when despair and frustration knock on my door. I have also laughed and been

moved when the results of my effort have borne fruit. There are many things that I still lack for

living in this corner and I hope that all are for the good.

This is my TV. It's where we watch news, movies, Netflix, series, and among other things. This

TV. it is one of the 3 that there in my house. My is 40 inches the room is 60" inches. In my

sister's room is a 32" inch. Televisions are very necessary whether for news, information or to

entertain us. Its use is indispensable in any home but should be moderate.
