AFFIDAVIT

I, KEVIN CHRISTIAN D. MASIAS, Filipino of legal age, single, and a resident

of Fiesta Communities, Limay, Bataan, Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I was gainfully employed in Dash Engineering Philippines from 01 March

2016 until 05 October 2021, as evidenced by a Certification dated 10 th
November 2021, herein attached as ANNEX “A”;

2. From 10 January 2023 up to the present, I was employed by Yuhantech

Philippines Inc. as a Civil Design Field Engineer. As such, I was issued a
Certificate of Employment by the said Company, herein attached as ANNEX
“B”;

3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements

and to support my application for Authentication of Documents with the
Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of the Consular Affairs –
Authentication Division.
