AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, _____, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Woodrige

Park, Phase 01, Lot 08, Block 25, Golden Shower Lane, Ma-a, Davao City,
Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say THAT:

1. I am herein affiant;

2. I am the mother of _________, minor, who was born on 08 October

2010 at Davao City, Philippines;

3. My son will be travelling with me to China this year;

4. I have sufficient income/assets to responsibly cover my son’s expenses

during our entire trip to China, including return flights to the
Philippines, as well as any and all other unforeseen expenses which my
son may incur during our entire stay in China;

5. As his parent, I hereby accept and assume any and all responsibility
for his welfare including financial expenses related to his travel;

6. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts, and to inform the Chinese Embassy for whatever
purpose it may served.
