AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
I, GEARDO J. SALAS, of legal age, Flipino, with office address at UMTS
Bangoy Campus F. Bangoy St., Davao City , after having been duly sworn
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1.I am A of GERARDO J. SALAS, who was born on 3 October 1957

at San Ildefonso Bulacan, Philippines;

2. GERARDO J. SALAS is sixty-five (65) years old and currently

employed as Director / Consultant at University of Mindanao Technical
School Bangoy Campus of Davao City;

3. I am giving my full support to the proposed travel of my common-law

wife to South Korea for at least (7) days;

4. I have the financial capacity, in addition to her own financial means,

to support and finance the travel and living expenses my common-law
wife may incur during her travel abroad so that she will not be a public
charge or liability to the Government of the Republic of the Philippines
and/or other countries she may visit;
5. This Affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements and in support of the visa application of JOVIELYN S.
