1. Combine phase A and stir under high shear until Natrosol has completely hydrated (or
neutralise). Once hydrated, heat to 70°C.
METHOD

2. Combine phase B and heat to 70°C.


3. Add phase B to phase A and mix under high shear until glossy and homogenous.
4. Continue stirring under low shear while cooling.
5. At 40°C, add phase C and stir until homogenous.
6. Adjust final pH to 5.5 – 5.8
Final pH required: 5.5 – 5.8
