1. Dispense phase A. Slurry phase B together and add slowly to phase A under constant
stirring. Heat phase A/B to 70°C.
METHOD

2. Combine phase C and heat to 70°C.


3. Add phase C to phase A/B and mix under high shear until glossy and homogenous.
4. Continue stirring under low shear while cooling.
5. At 40°C, add phase D and stir until homogenous.
6. Adjust final pH to 5.5 – 5.8
Final pH required: 5.5 – 5.8
