1. “No Pain, No Gain” is half true and half false.

Indeed, for us to gain muscles or to have an ideal physical body, we need to
undergo vigorous training, but not all the time. An example of that is continuing to
exercise even when injured will only cause you to suffer more than gaining what you
want. We need to listen to what our body is experiencing; thus, we also need to rest,
which is the opposite of pain, for us to gain.

2. Physical fitness is 30% exercise and 70% diet.

A healthy diet is connected to exercise. Even if you work hard in the gym or
practically do hours of exercise every day but have a terrible diet, you will never lose the
harmful elements in your body, making you not physically fit and healthy. The 70/30 rule
is the most efficient way to become healthy. It tells us that being healthy does not
require a heavy load of training—thus, diet is essential and is the true key to becoming
healthy. To become healthy, we need to do both exercise and a healthy diet. Without
either of the two, one will never be physically fit.

3. “Strength does not come from the physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable
will.” – Gandhi.
What Gandhi says is true. Without our will to pursue transforming our bodies, we
will not have the capacity to achieve what we desire. The strength of one person does
not just depend on one's physical ability but on one's motivation and will to overcome
obstacles.

4. “Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones
the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger
Training isn't just about getting a great body; it's also good for your health.
Exercise also helps us get rid of stress and keep our minds vigilant.

5. “Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.”
Indeed. With the right motivation and strong will, we will be able to do anything.
Having a good mindset will help us surpass any challenges. It is the habits that we have
that we must always work out. We must always instill in our minds that everything
comes into mind first, then the body. If our mind cannot take it, so is our body, and it is a
significant loss for us.
