Greetings of Peace!

The undersigned is the wife of the late IWAYAN, ANTONIO, who is a consumer of the Water
System of Brgy. Kalunasan with a Cons Code 262. As per record, based on the previous months, my
monthly water bill is between P300.00-P500.00. However, for the month of July 2023, it went higher
with the amount of P1 419.00. Moreover, for the month of August 2023 ,it rose up with the amount of
P2 607.00. The plumber found out that there was a leaking which is unnoticed since it is located under
the soil.

It is for this reason that the undersigned would like to request for the billing adjustment of
the 2 months (July and August 2023) considering that the cause was not seen directly, and it was only
found out when the bill was delivered.
