AIESEC IN FHN | MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT FALL 2022

Youth Engagement is a team in AIESEC which sparks an interest in developing leadership among high
school students through a variety of social projects. The question that Youth Engagement is trying to
answer recently is “As we continue to engage high school students with AIESEC, how can we contribute to a
cause or solve a problem that many other projects out there have yet to take care of?”

As the Organizing Committee (OC) of a new social project, your job now is to develop a project plan for
the following stakeholders.

Stakeholders

Roles The main type of stakeholder in the project

These students:
● Are 16-18 years old
High school ● Come from Hanoi and if possible, other provinces in Northern

(*) Note: In your project, high school students can play either a passive role (for example, being inspired to learn
about information technology) or an active role (for example, inspiring the elderly to learn about information
technology). Sometimes they can do both, and there are occasions when the third type of stakeholder (apart
from high school students and partners) is introduced to your project - the elderly in the example above is one
case.

Your project plan will consist of two parts: project overview and department plans.

 1. Project overview

● Time: January 2023 - July 2023 (planning and execution included)

● Human Resources: 10-13 people in your OC. If needed you can also
recruit supporters for your project, who are young people from 16 to 20

The project is expected to:

● Engage at least 100 high school students in developing leadership.
● Make at least 30,000,000 VND of profit for future re-investment.
Expectations ● Solve a real problem based on real insights of participants.

Formats such as camps, workshops, conferences, and competitions, if
used, should not be the only format of your project as many AIESEC and
non-AIESEC projects have used them before.

OUTPUT: PRESENTATION DAY

● Description:
○ 15 minutes maximum to present your project to Assessors
○ 45-60 minutes for follow-up questions from Assessors
● Required materials: Prepare yourselves all the materials for your presentation
● Dress code: Formal
● Location: The Presentation will be conducted online. Detailed information will be sent later
● Time: We will let you choose the time later so as many members of your group can join as possible
