Work Scope: Construction of 40 Civil Villas (G+1) Houses Apartments.
 Worked at Govt. sector (Department of Central Design Office Muzaffarabad (CDO) Jun-18-2015 to
Oct-08-2015.
 Worked with Multi National Company “DAEWOO E&C as Site Supervisor on Patrinds
Hydropower Project Muzaffarabad from 2-Nov, 2015 to 5-Sep, 2016.
Work Scope: Supervision for Construction of Tunnel & Switch Yard.

 In charge Supervisor of all Civil works.

 Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates the technical and management aspects of
the assigned projects
 Attends all the internal and/or external meetings as required/requested by the Client,
Consultant or Division Management
 Manages the Technical Supervisors and Technicians to get up to date information for
forecasting site progress on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
 Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement.
 Follow up with various departments of the same project.
 To determine project requirements (Technical & General), timely submittals &
approvals, samples, shop drawings etc.

Internship programs:

 Worked for three months with MMP on a project of Master Planning of two cities (Plandry
and Bhimber) in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) (Dec 2012, May 2013).
 Three month surveyor course at (TEVTA) center kahori mzd From 25-03-2010 To 29-06-2010

project withdata analysis on SPSS.
 Comparison of Planned & un-planned settlements (Case Study- DHA PHASE-1 & Qadri Colony)
 Study on Traffic Turning Tendency was conducted in Transportation Planning course with ultimate
goal toimprove corresponding junction.
 Design of Housing Scheme was a project of course in Housing which mainly focused on meeting
housingshortage.
 Proposal for prospective Landfill Site was made in Environmental Planning subject as already being
used site.
 Project of Community empowerment was organized in “Union Council Slamatpura” to uplift the
existing scenario of the community involving the local people in the workshop and certificates were
awarded to the outstanding participants
