Security Deposit for the Broadband Devices

Uniworld City, Nallambakkam, Chennai - 600127

The new broadband subscribers are required to pay a refundable security

deposit for obtaining the connection. This is to ensure that the devices (Modem
and Router) are returned to the service provider when the connection is closed.

1. The permanent residents (self-occupied flat owners) are waived from the
deposit upon certification by the association

2. The tenants will have to either pay the deposit which shall be refunded
when the connection is being closed or get a “letter of guaranty” from the
flat owner.

3. The modem/router should be in working condition when surrendering the

connection.

4. For any malfunctioning of the modem/router during the warranty period

shall be replaced/repaired at no cost.

5. In case of any damage of the instruments due to mishandling, the

subscriber shall bear the expenses of repair/replacement.

residing at my flat ________________and may be issued new broadband
connection without the security deposit and I shall take full responsibility of
ensuring that, the modem and router are returned in working condition when
vacating the flat.
