OBSERVATIONS:
Observation # 1
 Equipment is showing Errors as MF5, SFB, & PFB.
MF5: ‘’The battery voltage does not correspond to SET BATTERY programming’’
SFB: ‘’Master Controller signals that other controllers are in alarm status’’
PFB: ‘’The battery voltage does not correspond to SET BATTERY programming’’
 Rectification of Above Errors: Battery Bank is in week condition may be due to not proper charging
and operation so it needs BOOST CHARGING, SERVICE & ELECTROLYTE REPLACEMENT.
Observation # 2
 Equipment is showing Error PF0
PF0: Hardware Fault: ‘the mosfets driver are not switched off with watch-dog signal in alarm status’.
 Rectification of Above Error: Hydraulic Pump and Control Valve need overhaul, Pump Controller
needs repairing, harness needs repairing, and sensor’s operation (Pump & Temp) troubleshooting
with rectification.
 Drive Operation is slow so it needs to be rectified may be due to sensor or drive motor service
required.
Observation # 3
 Complete Service required.
 Preventive Maintenance with replacement of Consumables and Oil-s.
REMARKS:
 Quotation will be submitted for repair and maintenance.
 Job will be done at our Workshop.
