RESPOSIBLITIES:
• Monitoring Network as well as Server using Monitoring tools like Solarwinds, IT-
Helpdesk Manage Engine.
• Symantec Endpoint protection Manager security status, notification, license status.
• Monitoring logs of network & host exploit mitigation, sonar, risk, scan & also the
attacks, traffic & Memory exploit on Symantec endpoint protection manager.
• Worked with Active Directory to reset passwords, unlock accounts, etc.
• Creating & assigning the ticket as per the issue to the concern team using manage
engine as a ticketing tool.
• Provided assistance via remote control service in order to install software or resolve an
issue using manage engine desktop central.

support.
