TASK 1 – EMPLOYER BRANDING

My dream company would be dedicated to tourism, since it is the area in which I study. In
particular, I would like to work in a company that offers tourist routes in Valencia to people
from all over the world, in different languages. The company’s special feature would be based
on offering sustainable and responsible tourism with the environment in which it works, in the
city of Valencia. This company would offer several types of tours, ones in the centre of
Valencia, ones in the nature…

As I’m from Valencia, my position in this company would be an expert tourist guide in the city.
I would like to organise tours in the nature of Valencia to different tourist. I’m able to talk in
Spanish, Italian, English, French and German, so that would be my customers.

I would love to work with this company as a love to transmit and to share my city with people
that want to discover it. Furthermore, I think that the tourism must be sustainable, so that
current tourism companies must incorporate responsible actions on their activity.

During the interview I would like to have questions about my studies and my previous
experience, naturally. In addition, I think that they should ask me about my connection with
the city and my opinion about the sustainability and the tourism.
