1.0 This refers to the 2023 Merit Promotion and Selection (Cycle 2) qualified applicants
for the following positions in the DBM RO II who have taken the required DBM
Competency-Based Examination and/or the Psychometric Examination:1
2.1 Applicants who did not pass the DBM Competency-Based Examination, to
include those who did not attend the said examination:
