Ybanez, Romalyn B.

BPED 4-1

Before the said event, our committee had Denissa Anne Bonit conducted a meeting regarding on the
tasks that we will be doing and ways on how to distribute food excellently. Those tasks that we discussed
were very well executed.

First day, everything was set including the meal of the speaker and their snacks. Our team bought a
coffee for snack and Jollibee meal for their lunch. While our food on that day was adobong manok. The
distribution of the food was per section, the first batch from BPED 4-1 to BPED 4-5. All the instructions
were followed but some of the participants complained about the fairness of distribution for the reason
that those time of last batches will be wasted waiting their turn.

On second day, the distribution of food has changed. Our committee head instructed us that those
assigned person will go to their respective area to distribute the food per section so that by the time of
our lunch, all the participants have eaten the same time.

On the third day, the same instructions were followed. Our speaker has the same meal and snacks.

After the event, I have learned so much information not just for the let exam but also it motivates me to
strive more to pursue what I have been dreaming of and that is to become a professional teacher. To sum
it up, it is an honor to be part on this team as we all know that this kind of committee is significant to this
seminar and busiest ensuring that all people will have equal food. In addition, I am grateful to experience
those three days seminar with full of knowledge, technique, and strategy to indeed breakthrough the let
exam.
