1. List all the tasks that you accomplished for the event.
- I assigned to the food packaging for the pack lunch in our section and I
was the leader for the making of the lunch during that time.
2. Briefly discuss how you accomplished these tasks.
- Before the exhibit I listed all the ingredients for the pack lunch that we
already planned and after that I had to buy the ingredients I was the one
who lead for my team and making the pack lunch and we were buying at
the Gensan public market.
3. Who helped you accomplish these tasks?
- The assigned people in pack lunch miss Panillo, Tariao, bornea and the
two who have helped us despite that they’re assigned in other food
making team those are Miss escobarte and Cabo. We did our best to
finished all our tasks and we don’t have enough sleep to make the pack
lunch successfully.
4. How long did it take you to accomplish these tasks?
- Before the intramurals we had planned that this will be our pack lunch for
the final day and day by day we have listed or added some of the
ingredients for the pack, lunch and the day for the final exhibit we have
bought the ingredients and cook the food in one of our classmate’s
boarding house. Then we prepared it and delivered to the Veranza mall
then after that, we are assigned also for the distribution for the pack lunch.
5. Rate your overall contribution to the event from 1 – 10 (10 being the
highest). Justify your rating by stating the significance of your
contribution/s.
- I think 9 out of 10 because I did everything I can. My contribution are a lot
I was the one who manage the entire pack lunch system for its
contribution to our classmates for them to not feel starvy. I was the one
who need for the preparation for buying those ingredients and even giving
the assignments for my co-members in the pack lunch department. I did
my contribution as as a leader in the pack lunch and I am happy that they
love what we have prepared and what we have planned for the food
although it’s simple but at least they loved it hehe.
