Hello, welcome to Sweet Blossom.

Sweet Blossom is a book with the intention to show about closure and new beginnings, what
I intend to show with our main characters is to show that love is for everyone and that despite
the hardships that might come with it, we need to learn to love ourselves so we can love.

These isn't my first Jikook AU the only difference is that these is my first Abo vers book, I
will be showing what I have learnt through reading abo myself and what I as a writer think
fits better the universe these book takes place in. On the other hand it do is my first time
publishing on AO3, so I'm kinda still getting used.

 Our New Home
Chapter Summary

Jimin & his son are finally set to move into their new home, and saying their goodbyes
to the most important person in their life is hard, but soon enough will make new
friends.

The blonde woke up with a soft sigh, his eyes roaming the room to then stop on the figure of
an alpha he knew too well "joon?" He softly called for the man who offered a small sad
smile, "hi jimin" the man frowned and with help of Namjoon sat up on his hospital bed "I
um... I asked for the nurse to move jun-seo to the nursery" with now his eyes adjusted to the
white light of the room he nodded, focusing on the brown haired man with red puffy eyes.

"Namjoon? Where's Han-woo?" The sound of the name had the brunette pressing together
his lips as fresh tears welled up in his eyes "ji-" Clearing his throat and continuing to speak
"jimin he... he got into a car accident" but the blonde omega didn't seem to react at all.

"W-what?" Quivering voice spoke after a long silence and Namjoon broke down "H-Han-woo
he- he was involved in a car accident and- jimin" he sobbed out even though he was trying to
be strong for the blonde who seemed to have gone numb.

A few days later the same two man sat together while in the distance the cries of the youngers
child could be heard "please just take him Namjoon" jimin’s small voice pleaded as his teary
eyes looked up at the brunette "I won't do that jimin you can do it you are strong enough" but
the omega rapidly shook his head "i- I can't do these without him!" He sobbed out while
namjoon’s own eyes again filled with tears and a shaky arm wrapped around the youngers
shoulders pulling him into a hug "yes you can" he tried soothing while keeping close the
quivering body of the petite omega "I-" his sobs barely letting him speak. Namjoon clenched
his jaw doing his best to suppress the emotions so he could be there for jimin.

-6 years later-

"Mommy!! Mommy!!" At the sudden shouting and jumping on his bed the boy managed to
make his mom wake up with a small gasp followed by an annoyed groan "mommy wants to
sleep more" but the little boy only pouted as he laid his small form beside his blonde parent
"mommy you need to wake up, uncle joon will soon be here!" And after a little while jimin
popped open an eye to look at his son "really?" Now opening both eyes as he pulled the
infant close to himself "mhm, we need to eat breakfast already so we can finish packing!" His
kids enthusiasm had the omega smiling and rolling over pulling his son with him while
wrapping him in a tight hug.

"My my we can't leave without eating can't we?" And the boy shook his head with a wide
grin and jimin took a deep breath "alright, what does my little baby want to eat?" After his
child thought for a long time, they got up and Jimin went straight to the kitchen, starting to
cook breakfast. at the sound of the door bell the blonde man was pulled from his thoughts as
he glanced at the stairs "jun-seo! Can you get the door? It must be Namjoon" calling for his
son who happily obliged and ran down the stairs and straight to the door "uncle joon!!" As
soon as he had opened the door the boy was throwing himself to the brown haired alpha who
widely smiled at him "hi buddy" hugging back the boy who wrapped his short arms around
Namjoons waist and to where he could reach "Where's your mom?" Stepping inside the
house when the boy pulled away "he is in the kitchen!" Excitedly looking at the older making
namjoon fondly look at him knowing that if the pup had a tail it would be wiggling around
showing more his excitement for today. After closing the door namjoon made his way down
the hall and into the kitchen where he found jimin cooking "hey joon" looking over his
shoulder at the brunette who offered a small smile "hey" stepping beside the omega who right
away wrapped him in a hug which the alpha returned "are you both done packing?" Jimin
nodded returning his attention to the plates with food "jun-seo come have breakfast!" right
away his pup was running into the kitchen and jumping on his seat "joonie are you eating
with us?!" His big green eyes looked up at his uncle who smiled making his dimples appear
"of course jimin invited me" taking the seat beside the boy who happily wriggled his arms.
"Here you both go" , setting a plate in front of namjoon and another in front of his son to then
take a seat across from them "uncle joon will you visit us often?" Named man gave an eye
closed smile, his two dimples deepening as he gave a small nod "as soon as I get permission
from my boss I will stay with you as long as I can" at his words jun-seo finally unwrapped
his arms from his uncle "promise!" Angrily pouting and raising his pinky "I promise"
wrapping his own pinky around his nephews.
When namjoon went to stand up he was pulled back into another hug from the brown haired
boy "I will miss you joonie" and the man happily returned the tight embrace "I will miss you
too, but I already promised to visit soon" they pulled back and Namjoon finally stood up
looking at the blonde man who smiled at him before they hugged "drive safely and if you
need anything let me know" jimin hummed and started to pull back "don't skip your meals
namjoon i know you" the alpha sheepishly rubbed the back of his head and nodded "I will see
you both off now" taking a step back but stopped once again by his nephew "uncle... Can you
scent it for me?" Jun-seo timidly raised his purple dinosaur plushie which Namjoon gladly
took and scented it until it was completely covered in his own black coffee scent "take care of
your mom for me" returning the dinosaur to a happy jun-seo who gave a firm nod "see you
soon namjoon" he nodded and waved at the pair as they climbed on their car and soon drove
down the road until he couldn't see them anymore.

A few hours later filled with vivid laughter of the omega and the little alpha jimin with a
huge grin read the welcoming ban "Welcome to wellspring" sparing his excited son a small
glance as he raised on his seat and looked at the amount of free and natural space "mommy
look!! There are a lot of trees! And flowers!" His green eyes wide as excitement took over his
features "mommy it's so pretty here" the six year old stared agape as they passed small
buildings until moments later they were parking right in front of a not so tall building, from
the outside painted a caramel color.

They stepped out of the car and jun-seo was first to wander off for a bit "let me go get the
keys from the tenant so you guys can move everything up" the worker to whom jimin
directed nodded before walking back to the entry where his son already stared up at the
building with big eyes "jun-seo honey" the boy snapped out of his trance and took his mom's
hand "Let's go" walking together up the stairs and to the second floor "mommy these are too
many stairs" the omega laughed at his huffing son "it's only these once honey, the elevator is
broken" they stopped in front of a beige colored door and jimin knocked in it, not long later a
rose gold haired omega opened the door his lips right away turning into a big boxy smile
"you must be Jimin!" The named omega frowned not knowing who the taller was "yeah that's
me" giving a small chuckle "I came for the keys so I can get everything on the apartment" the
man nodded and reached for the side to pull mentioned keys "yeah my mate mentioned it four
times before he left for work" Handing the blonde his apartment keys "i'm taehyung by the
way". Jimin smiled and shook the taller man's hand "mommy why does he smell like milk?"
His small voice made taehyung glance down to find the six year old "that's because i'm
pregnant young boy" bopping jun-seos nose making him giggle, jimin’s and jun-seo's eyes
fell to the omegas baby bump "and what's your name?" Taehyung asked, making Jun-seo give
a small smile "i'm jun-seo!" Taehyung's smile did not fall as he looked at the cute boy "you
must be a well grown omega, how old are you kiddo?" The boys pumpkin scent reaching the
gold haired omegas nose but the infant shook his head "i'm not an omega, I'm a strong
alpha!" Puffing out his chest while making the man in front of him raise his brows "and I'm
six years old" giving a firm nod "well little alpha it was great meeting you" looking back up
at a wide smiling jimin and speaking "if you need anything let me know my mate must be
already on his way here" and with a final nod and small congratulation from the shorter
taehyung returned to his home closing the door and leaving the pair to accommodate
themselves.

Almost five hours later jimin was paying to the workers and closing the door once they left
and plopping down on his new couch of his new apartment, despite his closed eyes he could
still hear the faint sound of his son feet against the wooden floors as he made his way to the
couch where his mom rested "mommy?" Opening his arms in instinct and feeling content as
his little one slid on his arms "what's it sweetie?" Nuzzling his nose on his child's chestnut
hair and breathing in his pumpkin scent "i'm hungry" humming and stretching to reach for his
bag and pull out his phone to check the time "aw my sweet little alpha, it's already tired, how
about we go eat?" Jun-seo right away nodded "we can ask taehyung if he knows any
restaurants that are near" and the boy gave a small gasp making jimin open his eyes "can we
ask him if there's a park near?" Looking up and getting a nod followed by a small smile of his
parent "alright let's go". They both got up, put on their shoes and made their way out of their
apartment to bump into a tall broad shouldered man "oh sorry" the man spoke taking a step
back and from his woody scent jimin could make out who the alpha was "hi Seokjin'' looking
at the familiar man who gave a small smile "hi jimin nice to see you again" glancing at the
young boy staring up at him with a small frown "and these must be jun-seo" giving him a
small wave which for some reason made the boy loosen up as he didn't saw the older alpha as
a threat for his mom "my mate who I assume you already met, taehyung, told me you guys
had already arrived so I came to greet you and see if you needed anything" jimin softly
smiled "we were about to go knock on your door, we wanted to know if you knew any place
we could eat?" The black haired alpha nodded "there's a good burger and fries place just
across the street they are the best in town" proudly smiling.

"That sounds great thanks" feeling his son tug at his sleeve reminding him of the other place
he wanted to know about "also, is there any park nearby?" And seokjin again nodded "there's
two, the biggest one starts right in front of your shop beside the bookstore and goes all the
way to the antique shop" the omega seemed to be surprised making jin lightly chuckle "since
here is quite a very free and natural space the town just made those two park to keep it safer
for the kids, the second park is way more small since it's on the other side of town and near a
lake, not much people go around there but it's beautiful" jun-seo's eyes stared in almost
amazement at the broad shouldered alpha "that sounds nice, we will go eat for now moving
do takes a lot of energy" jimin gave a small smile and got one from the older in return "of
course if you need anything you have my number" they watched the taller man walk down
the hall and into his apartment, soon after jimin and jun-seo made their way out of the
building and across the street to the restaurant.

"Woah it's big!" Jun-seo looked around the barely empty shop that now belonged to his mom.
"When did they get here?" Looking at the blonde omega "I sent everything here last week"
his own honey orbs following his amazed pup who wandered around the place. It has been
already a day since they moved and it's being going fairly good enough, last night jun-seo
insisted on calling his uncle namjoon to let him know about their first day in their new home
but as the pup grew tired he fell asleep while talking to the older alpha who then talked for a
little while with jimin before they bid their goodbyes “why don't you go to the park? Meet
some other kids and meanwhile I will get ready for our shops first day" the little alpha
seemed to like the idea as he ran to his mom and hugged his waist "I will make lots and lots
of friends" jimin softly smiled down at his son and combed his hair back "I know you will, I
will watch you from here just make sure to see both sides of the street and don't run too far"
smoothing the boy's chestnut hair as he nodded "alright have fun" watching his kid run out of
the shop and checking both sides of the street to then run into the park.

Jimin stood by the window and waved at his son who looked back at him with a little
hesitancy.

After his mom waved at him he felt a little reassured as his eyes darted at all the kids on the
free space along some of their parents, jun-seo wasn't sure who to approach he was the new
kid and everyone clearly knew each other, he walked to the swings where a small group of
kids was apparently just starting their game "hi" his small voice getting their attention "i- I
am jun-seo" they didn't seemed to mind his presence as they returned to their game making
him shyly shift on his feet "who are you?" A new voice called making jun-seo glance at the
small wooden table and benches under the house that held the yellow slide "i'm jun-seo" he
replied at the white haired boy who gestured at the seat across him which the six year old
gladly took "hi! I'm Hoseok" the white haired boy widely smiled, his lollipop moving to the
side as his lips pulled into a heart shaped smile and he stretched his small hand out for the
older boy to take "hi" jun-seo shook his hand a tad awkwardly. "Are you new in town?
Where's your house? Are your parents around? How old are you?" Falling speechless at
suddenly being asked a lot of questions "yeah my mom and I just moved here!I'm six years
old and um I'm an alpha" Hoseok 'oh'd while leaning close to the new boy "that's interesting.
I have never met an alpha that has a scent like yours'' jun-seo just shrugged "how old are
you?" Hoseok's smile returned and he pulled out his lollipop "i'm five years old" Raising his
five chubby fingers, jun-seo could smell his honey scent which had him Tilting his head to
the side "i'm a beta" Hoseok's silver eyes closed as he widely smiled "when did you move
here?" He threw the question again "yesterday" Hoseok's mouth shaping 'o' "and where are
your parents?"

"My mom is on his shop!" He beamed at the thought of the blonde omega and the beta
hummed "do you want to meet my uncle? He makes bread!" At the mention of the warm food
he felt his tummy rumble "sure" Hoseok's smile not falling as he stood up "come on!" Taking
the oldest wrist and pulling him along, they just passed by the library and came to a stop as
the shorter boy stuffed his hands on his jean pockets "here it is! They make the best bread in
town" Hoseok smiled up at the taller proudly and guided him inside the shop where right
away jun-seo could smell cooking bread "nini i'm back!" There was a moment of shuffling
and clinking of pans before a black haired man walked out from behind the counter "oh hobi"
the man had pale skin and long black hair his scent was of lavender with a small hint of
bread, probably because of his job, the man looked between his nephew and the not familiar
boy before speaking "and who is these?" Giving a small smile at the brown haired boy that
came with Hoseok "these is jun-seo! He just move here with his mom" out of habit Hoseok
wrapped his arms around the alphas while smiling at his uncle "nice to meet you jun-seo, I'm
yoongi"

...

His morning was quite the same, waking up and doing his normal routine to then have his
door almost teared down by his grandmother "i'm coming!" He called from the bathroom as
he finished brushing his teeth and rushed out of his bedroom and went straight to the kitchen
where the elder woman awaited for him with a glass of apple juice in hand "here you go, your
grandpa had already left to the shop so just make sure to arrive and take the bread so you can
deliver it" the young alpha nodded sipping his drink and then giving the shorter woman a kiss
on the cheek "I will leave then" Leaving the house to jump on his bicycle and hurry down the
street to the shop he had grown up in, as he arrived in the shop he left his bicycle by the front
door before stepping in "hi grandpa" the elder alpha looked up as a small smile pulled at his
lips "hi son, did your grandma sent you in early?" His grandson nodded and as he barely
approached the counter he was tumbling as a tiny body wrapped his arms around his legs
"Jungkookie!!" Hoseok smiled up at him making the named man return the gesture while
ruffling the betas white hair "woah jungkook is in earlier than me" yoongi called from behind
the alpha who Playfully rolled his eyes at the older omega.

"I just came to pick up the basket" getting a small shoulder shove from Yoongi while the little
beta gasped "can i go with you? Can I can I can I?" As much as jungkook wanted to take the
kid with him he knew it wasn't the best idea since last time he had taken the boy with him the
bread had ended up smashed "sorry hobi but these once I can't take you with me" the boy
pouted and huffed pulling away from hugging the older man "you are a meanie" but despite
his stomping jungkook just leaned down and patted his head "how about later we go with
Mr.Yang so he can put the second basket to my bicycle?" Not wanting give in easily but
failing as he looked at jungkook and nodded "fine" folding his arms making the alpha laugh
while receiving the basket of bread from his grandfather "i will be in the park nini" Hoseok
called for yoongi who gave a small hum and the boy left.

"That must be the new one right?" Yoongi mumbled while pulling on his apron "yeah"
jungkooks grandfather answered as they gazed at the flower shop across their local "why
don't you go say hi for us kook?" Yoongi teased wriggling his brows making the younger
again roll his eyes "what? I heard the mom at the park say it was an omega and that he was
very pretty, "who knows you might find the love of your life finally" but the alpha just
ignored the older man and walked out of the bakery.

As he adjusted the warm bread on his bike he couldn't help his curiosity and glanced up at the
flower shop and caught the glimpse of blonde strands of hair, he shook his head and got on
his bicycle to make his way to his first stop.

As he arrived to the last place for the day, jungkook heaved out a sigh and took the basket in
his hands to then walk up the stairs to the second floor of the apartment complex "hi
jungkook" the door opened to reveal the familiar omega "hi tae" jungkook greeted back and
stepped inside the apartment as his closest friend invited him in "grandpa made sure to add
twice of what you have been craving" the alpha spoke while setting down the basket and
pulling out the last two remaining bags of bread "aw he is still the nicest" patting his friends
shoulder and taking one of the bags "that or your pup is going to get free bread for the rest of
their life" getting a small chuckle and eye roll of the omega "I wouldn't dare you to say things
like that he can be very aggressive while pregnant" Seokjin spoke getting a loud huff from his
mate. "Hi jin" offering a small smile to the older alpha as he took a seat beside taehyung "hi
kook" wrapping an arm around his omega who leaned against the broad shouldered man "you
both are mean, I'm pregnant you should be nice" taehyung pouted making jin lean down and
kiss his cheek "ew don't be all lovey dovey in front of me please" the couple just laughed at
jungkook who took once again on his hands the now empty basket "oh jungkook, could you
bring me later some more bread? I want to give some to our new neighbors" jungkook
nodded before speaking "you guys are renting to that person that just moved in?" And in sync
the pair nodded.

"The word really spreads fast in small towns, huh?" Jin chuckled "yeah grandpa and yoongi
where talking about it, he owns the local in front of ours" taehyung rose a brow "so he is a
florist, maybe I should tell him about the festival"

Jungkook Locked his bicycle in front of the bakery and got off, entering to find a few elderly
women he knew well and yoongi doing bread along with Jungkook's grandfather "kookie!!"
Hoseok's loud voice right away attracted the attention of customers to the alpha that had just
entered the shop, he gave a small apologetic smile and walked to the little beta who sat along
another kid that looked not much older than the silver eyed boy "hi hobi" he took a seat
across them and smiled at the unknown child "hi I'm jungkook, what's your name?" The boy
looked at him with big green eyes.

"J- jun-seo" the older tilted his head to the side and gave him a bunny smile "nice to meet
you" Hoseok's excited voice spoke again "he is new in town jungkookie! I am his first friend"
the five year old seemed over excited but that very same excitement matched jun-seo's who
smiled wide at his new friend "oh is that so?" Jun-seo gave a shy nod, opening and closing
his mouth as he intended to ask something but was feeling nervous by the alphas presence
that in his opinion, seems very cool.

"W-why do you have blue hair?" Jungkook raised his brows still smiling at the boy "because
I lost a bet so I had to dye my hair blue" jun-seo 'oh'ed eyes catching a glimpse of the man's
right hand, tattoos visible in his hand 'so coooool' he thought to himself, a small gasp from
the white haired beta had them looking at him "are you going to still be presenting for the
festival?" Jun-seo tilted his head to the side with small brows furrowed "festival?" Jungkook
hummed and stood up "the town has these big festival when foreigners and many other
people come visit the town" taking from the counter a flier, taking his seat once again and
showing it to the chestnut haired boy who took it into his small hands "flower festival?"
Looking up at jungkook who nodded "there are a lot of things to do that day, you can learn to
cultivate since it's one of the main things our town does, there's also a competition for king or
queen of the floral festival" jun-seo's eyes almost shining in amazement.
"And they make very pretty floral arrangements!!" Hoseok added with a huge hand
expression that had jun-seo even more intrigued as an idea came into mind "j-jungkook?"
Named man tilted his head to the side looking at the young boy "can anyone participate in the
preparations?" And the blue haired man nodded "everyone helps with something, us as the
bakery make desserts and food for the people at the festival" the little alphas green eyes
moved back down at the flier on his hands, his mom was one of the best doing flower
arrangements, he had seen him do big works for weddings and for all type of events.

As he clutched to his chest the flier he looked up at the older alpha wanting to ask for his
help.
 A Little Help

widened a bit "yeah! He owns the flower shop right?!" Hoseok spoke and jun-seo nodded at
the five year old, Hoseok raised on his seat smashing his small fist on the table startling
jungkook as the beta had an idea of his own "he could help do flowers for the parade!! Or for
the Emperors day!!" The beta seemed so excited as he looked at his new friend whose own
big green eyes looked up at jungkook "you can't tell him yourself?" And the little alpha shook
his head "he can be stubborn" puckering his bottom lip making jungkook sigh in defeat "sure
I guess" he knew that it wasn't a big deal so he just stood up and the two kids followed him
out of the shop and across the street.

At the sound of the bell he had placed on top of his shop's door, the blonde omega looked up
to find his little one running to him with the biggest smile "mommy!!" His pup wrapped his
arms around his waist making a fond smile of his own pull at his lips "hi pumpkin, did you
have fun at the park?" The little alpha nodded as his mom combed his chestnut hair back "I
made a friend" that's when jimin looked up to acknowledge the other pair that stood on the
other side of the counter "hi jun-seo's mom! I'm Hoseok" the young beta looked up at him
with a big heart shaped smile "nice to meet you Hoseok" His eyes moved to the blue haired
man that from his pinewood scent he could guess the big doe eyed was an alpha "i- I'm
jungkook" the alpha stretched his hand and jimin shook it "i'm jimin nice to meet you" after
shaking the tallers hand he pulled back and tilted his head to side "did jun-seo do anything?"
Jungkook was silent for a second before shaking his head "no, no at all he is being a nice kid"
jimin seemed reassured as he didn't know at all why the alpha and beta where here "we are
here because I told your son about the towns festival, he um said you might want to help
around the preparations" The omega seemed surprised as his honey eyes widened, to be
honest, jungkook had fallen speechless when he saw the shorter male because he had not
expected to see such a beautiful omega behind the counter "well that- that would be great
yeah I would love to help but I don't really know what is the festival about, we just moved in
so these is kinda new" quickly showing the blonde the flier "here" jimin took from the blue
haired alpha the flier and read through it "there are a lot of ways to help, the bookstore is in
charge of the musical entertainment, the mechanics help with the games and so on" jimin
nodded in understatement and looked back at the tall alpha as he spoke again "since I work
on the bakery we are in charge of most of the food"

"But... in what could I even participate on?" As jungkook prepared to say something the
white haired beta beat him to it "you can do pretty flower things!!" The boy jumped on his
spot making jimins smile wider and his eyes turned into crescents, and that had the Alpha
staring in awe "that wouldn't be a bad idea Hoseok, but for what exactly can I do flower
arrangements?" Looking from the silver eyed beta to the tall alpha "there is the parade and
um the emperors day". "It would be great mommy! We can meet everyone" jimin liked the
idea, it would be nice to gain some friends as he could tell everyone expected to meet the new
people that had moved into their little town "do I need to speak to anyone so that I can join in
the preparations?" He could feel his sons arms tightening around him as the boy got excited
"you need to sign in, tomorrow is the first day for everyone that wants to help to join"

And so the omega made his mind up "well if we are doing these I will need some extra
hands" kneeling down to be on eye level with his son " think you can help me pumpkin?"
And jun-seo placed his hands on his hips and gave a firm nod "that's my little alpha"

The next day jimin found nervousness building up on him as he got dressed in a pair of light
washed jeans and a floral long sleeved blouse "okay jun-seo, are you ready?" Walking out of
his room and into the living room where he found his son already dressed on his khaki overol
and cream shirt "yep" jun-seo stood from his seat and followed his mom to the door where
they both put on their sneakers and then opened the door, jimin grabbed his bag and followed
his son out of the apartment. As they left the apartment building they came to a stop as jun-
seo's excited voice called for a now familiar man "jungkook!" The six year old smiled up at
the blue haired man who returned the smile "hi buddy" ruffling the young alphas hair getting
a small giggle from him "what brings you here?" Looking at the blonde man at the sound of
his voice "ah well I wasn't sure if you guys already knew around town and taehyung
suggested I guide you" jimin seemed surprised as he hadn't expected his tenant and the alpha
to know each other, but what can he do? They live in a small place now.
"That's very nice of you but it's fine we can-" a new voice interrupted him "none of that!"
Taehyung followed by his mate emerged from the apartment complex, the blonde omega
gave a small sheepish chuckle "jungkookie here is one of the best people to give you a tour of
the town" taehyung wrapped an arm around his best friends shoulders and pulled him into a
side hug where his seven month old belly would allow him to "it's very nice of you but really
we-" taehyung clicked his tone and shook his head in disagreement "let him give you a tour
after the festival's meeting, I would do it or make jin give it to you but we have my check up"
his hand moving from holding jungkook to caressing his growing belly "alright I guess" jimin
finally gave in and his son, internally cheered. "How about we all walk together, the building
isn't far from here" After a while of walking and of taehyung ranting over how jin was being
and over protective alpha they arrived at a small building from the outside but as they stepped
in it was far larger than it seemed "Jun-seo!!" Before anyone could react named boy was
stumbling forward as an overly excited beta jumped on his back making the alpha laugh "hi
hobi!" Turning his head to the side to look at the white haired boy he could now call his
friend "hobi get off of him" yoongi scolded his nephew who with a small pout did as asked
"hi jun-seo's mom" waving at the blonde man who softly smiled at him "you can call me
jimin" the little boy smiled wide before looking back at his new friend "are you going to be
here all day? Can we play after these? How about we go to the park? Can we ask your mom?
Maybe someday we can have a sleepover?" His enthusiasm had jimin growing fond of the
white haired beta that his son seemed to enjoy spending time with despite knowing each
other for just a day.

"Hobi stop going ahead of yourself" once again the black haired omega scolded his nephew
who again gave him a pout "i'm sorry, he is like that most of the time" looking at the blonde
omega that he could assume was the boy's parent "nice to meet you i'm Min Yoongi and these
is my nephew" shaking hands with the man "Park Jimin and these is jun-seo my son, and
don't worry I'm just glad my son already has a friend" Hoseok gasped and looked at jimin
"does that mean we can have a sleep over sometime?! And that we can play everyday?! And-
and-"

"I think he got it, hobi" yoongi lightly chuckled "is grandpa coming today?" Jungkook spoke,
making the pale omega shake his head. "He stayed back in the bakery." Jungkook gave a
small hum and they all fell silent before jun-seo was speaking, words meant only for his
mom. "Mommy? Why is everyone staring at us?" Jimin looked at his son and then briefly
looked up to find that most people on the place were giving him and his son small glances to
then whisper between them, but the omega and most certainly not only him, heard one of the
groups of people closer to them. "He has a pup and no mating mark" jimin’s head fell at the
words "mommy why do they say that?" Crouching down, his serious look pulling up into a
soft smile "it's nothing mommy can't handle sweetie" kissing his son's cheek but his reaction
hurting the other two omegas and two alphas as they had clearly understood "when is the
signing in? I just want to get these done so you can show us around" looking straight at the
blue haired alpha "r-right, the inscription must be over there" pointing to the very front of the
quite crowded place "I will sign us in" yoongi nodded but as jimin and jun-seo prepared to
follow jungkook jun-seo was holding onto Hoseok’s hand "mommy can I stay with hobi?"
The omega wasn't fond of the idea. He barely knew the boy and yoongi but he adored seeing
his little alpha smile "but who will watch you?" "I don't mind taking care of them" yoongi
spoke making the blonde man look at him "I don't want to bother you" but the older omega
shook his head "it's no trouble, I can take them to the park since it's very crowded here"
giving it a small thought as he stared at his son whose eyes where big and pleading "fine"
kneeling again to be on eye level with his pup "but you be good" bopping his kids nose, jun-
seo nodded and smiled wide until his dimple popped and his green eyes disappeared
"promise" bopping back jimin's nose, the omega stood back up and watched as yoongi led
both children out who started their own conversation.

After signing himself to be part of the emperor's day decorations, jimin left the building along
jungkook after seokjin and taehyung told them they still had some things to do there. "I will
just go get jun-seo so you can show us around, but if it's too much trouble we can just-"
jungkook shook his head with a small smile "I really don't mind" looking at the shorter who
after a moment seemed to once again give in "alright then" looking over at the park where he
could see his son loudly laughing along Hoseok as they played tag with yoongi "Hei is great
with kids, yoongi has taken care of Hoseok for a long time now, if you want to leave your
pup with him it won't be any trouble" Jimin did start considering it, seeing his son so happy
after what that people were Whispering about him, it would be nice "that's sounds good, do I
let him know or..." trailing off while looking from the three persons on the park to the taller
man beside him "no, he will catch on, shall we go?" And after sparing a small glance at his
son he nodded and followed jungkook.

The more you know, the more you fall. Whether Jimin or Jungkook deny it, there's a
undeniable pull of curiosity towards one another.

"The second grocery store is near your shop actually while the other one is near the lake, the
doctors building is right beside the mayor's building" jungkook explained while they
continued walking "the library and bakery are right in front of your local but we also do
deliveries, if you want i can give you the number" the alpha seemed a little excited as he
talked about the bakery which had Jimin softly smiling "that would be nice, thank you" they
continued, and continued walking they finally reached once again the largest park of the town
but the kids where still quite far. "And why did you move here?" Intrigued jungkook asked
and his question did seemed to catch the omegas attention "we wanted some kind of a fresh
start, being in the city has it's cons as well" he pressed his lips into a thin line, looking back
ahead of themselves, jungkooks eyes darted to the side as he roamed the older’s features,
chocolate eyes sliding down to the un marked neck of the omega. He knew he shouldn't give
it too much thought he wasn't like everyone else at the town, but despite that voice in the
back of his head, he still questioned himself why such a beautiful man like jimin, wouldn't he
be mated? He seemed very nice and the type of person that always thought thoroughly about
his decisions.

"Mommy!!" Jun-seo ran up to the older man and wrapped his arms around his waist "hi
pumpkin, did you have fun?" The little alpha nodded and as they continued interacting
jungkook's eyes once again wondered on the pair catching those similarities that assured they
were related, jimin had two small dimples easy to not notice but always present while jun-seo
has one dimple that showed a lot on his right cheek, jimin’s eyes closed when he smiled wide
meanwhile jun-seo's barely reached that point as his green orbs where still visible enough
"jungkook?" Snapping out of his thoughts and looking at the pale-ish omega holding
Hoseok’s hand "why are you spacing out like that?" Yoongi’s eyes followed where the blue
haired alpha stared and couldn't help but squeal internally as he knew too well the man "it's
nothing" it wasn't a lie, he himself wasn't sure why he was noticing all those little details,
anyone could see them right? "Mommy can Hoseok come play to our house?" Jimin’s lips
pressed together "I don't know sweetie, depends if Yoongi let's him" and both kids clasped
their hands together while looking at the black haired omega "please nini, please please
please" Yoongi's eyes moving from his nephew to jun-seo who as well gave big puppy eyes
"please?" He mumbled out and sure enough Yoongi was sighing and nodding "yay!!" Both
pups held onto each other and looked back at Yoongi when he spoke again "but be nice and
behave Hoseok, no fighting, no whining, no tantrums and you do as jimin tells you to" the
beta rapidly nodded and hugged closer the taller little alpha "I will be good" holding tightly
onto his friend like if Yoongi where about to separate them for life "jimin, do you mind
giving me your number?, just in case Hoseok needs anything or he already wants to go
home"

"Yeah sure" while they exchanged numbers Hoseok and jun-seo took on the job of
convincing jungkook to stay and play with them "I can't I need to get back to work" both
pups pouted puckering even farther their bottom lips "please kook" the alpha crouched down
"how about you let me go to work and then when I'm done I will go and see you guys'' and to
be fair that was the best deal they had so of course they agreed. After waving goodbye to
jungkook and to Yoongi the three of them made their way to the apartment, the whole walk
jimin was holding his kid’s hand and Hoseok’s as the beta threw him plenty of questions and
he tried his best to answer them "then if you are going to live here, does that mean jun-seo
will go with me to school?" Jimin opened the door to their home and answered "that's right,
but I will sign him in later since right now you all are in vacations" Hoseok 'oh'ed following
his friend inside the house and looking all around the place "you have a very pretty house
jun-seo's mom" jimin lightly laughed "I told you, you can call me jimin" The beta gave it a
thought and shook his head "can I call you minie?" And the omega nodded watching as the
heart shaped smile pulled at the boy's lips "alright you go and play I will make you some
snacks" jun-seo took Hoseok’s hand and they left to the little alphas room to play, meanwhile
jimin went to the kitchen.

Hoseok's eyes roamed the soft pine green room, the bed was small but big enough for jun-seo
and in the middle of the bed between the long pillow there was a purple dinosaur, while in
front of it against the wall was a small chest drawer with three photo frames, one with a
picture of jun-seo with jimin, another of jimin along a baby jun-seo accompanied by a brown
haired man that shared a similar dimple smile like jun-seo’s, while the third one was of a man
Hoseok hadn't seen before but looked like the man of the second frame and a little like jun-
seo "these are my toys" the beta looked back at jun-seo who opened two tall doors that
showed neatly hanged clothes but the boy reached down and pulled out a long plastic box
"woah you have a lot" Hoseok said when his eyes landed on all the toys inside the box "yeah
most of these were given to my mom when I was a baby" for some reason his voice had a
void but neither were sure why jun-seo sounded, upset?.

Hoseok reached down and pulled a T-rex and placed it in front of jun-seo "come on seonie
let's play" smiling at the older kid who returned the smile and took in his hands one of the
many toys.
The sound of the two kids playing had jimin’s lips pulling upwards into a smile knowing his
son now had a friend here and that he was having fun, he cut into small squares the
sandwiches he had prepared for the kids and set them on a big plate for them to share, just as
he was going to take the plate on his hands and walk to his son's room there was a small
knock on his door making him glance and the dark wood. Jimin sat back down on the counter
the food and walked to the still closed door just as there was a second knock, when the
blonde man opened it he found a very pregnant taehyung carrying a bag of bread "hi jimin"
the omega smiled at the shorter "taehyung hi, please come in" Opening the door wider and
letting the older in "take a seat, do you want anything to drink?" Taehyung shook his head
while sitting on the couch "I came to bring you some bread, I forgot to bring it yesterday"
jimin gladly took the bag and smiled at the taller, leaving it on the counter while speaking
"thank you, I do need to go grocery shopping actually" Chuckling and seating beside the
taller, looking back at taehyung who gave him a fond smile "about what those omegas where
saying, just, ignore them they don't know you and I know I neither do" the blonde seemed
taken aback, jimin had not expected these at all "jun-seo is a lovely kid and I just hope, you
and i can be friends" jimin’s hand raised to rub the taller’s shoulder and offered his same soft
smile "that means a lot taehyung, moving here was to start fresh but well, I didn't added
gossip as a great way to begin my life here"

"Tete!!" Hoseok ran to the pregnant man and hugged his side as his belly wouldn't allow the
five year old to hug him well "hi hobi, hi jun-seo" smiling at both kids, one eagerly hugging
the omega while the other shyly stayed by his mom's side "hi little baby" giving a kiss to
taehyung's belly making the man coo "can- can your baby listen?" Jun-seo surprised asked
and taehyung chuckled "he can and they already move" jun-seo's eyes widened and moved to
seat beside the omega "can I feel them?" Wide green eyes looking at taehyung who nodded,
jun-seo's small hand caressed the side of the omegas belly while the room fell silent and after
a little while he felt slight movement that if he hadn't stayed still could have gone unnoticed
"I felt it! Mommy I felt his baby move!" Jimin smiled wide, Taehyung's own boxy grin
appearing. "Mom was I small like these?" Jimin nodded combing his son's hair back "you
were so small when i first saw you and even when I got to carry you for the first time" there
seemed to be a small glint of sadness that only taehyung managed to catch. "I will get going
now, seokjin must be on his way back from the grocery store I don't need him freaking out
when he doesn't see me in the apartment" jimin nodded and stood up along taehyung "yeah
alphas can be even more protective when their partner is pregnant"

"Ugh I know, jin was already protective and now that I'm pregnant he is even worse" they
walked together to the door from where the two kids could still hear them "but in the end they
do it because they care" a long sigh of the blonde omega as he opened the door for the older
"bye tete!" Hoseok called after the rose gold haired man who gave him a wave "bye kiddos"
turning back to jimin while stepping out "how about we get a coffee tomorrow? I would like
us to talk more'' jimin nodded feeling fond of the idea of making his own first friend "sounds
great"
"See you tomorrow then"

He closed the door after their small farewell and turned to his son and guest "now who wants
a snack?"

"Seonie?" The little alpha looked from his half eaten sandwich and looked at the white haired
beta who stood beside the chest drawer and signaled at the three pictures "what?" Standing up
himself to look at what exactly he was seeing "who are they?" Pointing at the picture of the
man his mom had told him plenty stories about, his eyes were closed as he posed for a picture
jimin had said he had taken while his black hair seemed to be ruffled by the wind "he is my
dad" Hoseok's head moved to the side and he pointed at the third picture of jun-seo with
namjoon and jimin "then who is these? They both seem a bit too much like you" jun-seo's
smile returned "that's namjoon, my uncle, he has helped my mom to take care of me since a
was a small pup" taking the picture in his hand while Hoseok leaned over to see the unknown
man "he is the best uncle!, he is my dad's brother". Jimin jumped on his seat as he was
suddenly awoken by a knock on the apartment door, rubbing his eyes as he was already on
the verge of falling asleep before he was abruptly woken up, he stood up and tiredly made his
way to the door opening it. When the door flung open Jimin was hitted with the intense scent
of pinewood that had his half closed eyes widening as he looked up at the sweating alpha
"sorry..." Jungkook panted out "i had to run all the way here" moving from his leaning
position and straightening up "c-come in" jimin tried keeping himself from taking a sharp
breath of the pinewood scent as the alpha entered his home "do you want water?" Jungkook
nodded with a small smile "please, where are Hoseok and jun-seo?" The alpha spoke while
taking a seat by the kitchen counter "they must be in jun-seo's room, I will go for them" but
as he went ahead jungkook stood up first "I will go, it looks like I woke you up, you seemed
sleepy when you opened the door" giving a sheepish smile to the older who nodded and
indicated which was his sons room.

When the alpha disappeared down the hall, Jimin let out a breath but regretted it as he inhaled
the scent of the alpha. He wasn't the only alpha jimin had interacted with, there were his ex
workers, seokjin who had been his realtor and now tenant even namjoon. But there was just
something about these alphas' scent that had the omega taking a sharp breath even more now
that the smell was thicker given to his constant sweating "jimin?" Jungkook’s now softer
voice called while taking back the seat by the counter "huh? Oh here is your water" shaking
off his thoughts and giving the glass to the alpha who almost shrugged it down in one go "and
the kids?". "They fell asleep, I thought I did let them rest, Hoseok never gets these tired" a
soft bunny smile of the younger, jimin felt a small one of his own pulling at his lips.

Both Park's are very happy so far, and their new friends will stand by their side in this
new start of their lives. But a slight problem might rise.

Sorry for not updating!! I've been busy with some classes all week and sick, anyway,
enjoy this new chapters!

Jimin and jungkook walked inside jun-seo's room after a little while to find that both kids
where still sleeping, the sight was one of the cutest, jun-seo had an arm out where Hoseok
curled up to his side with both of their heads against each others "they really must have tired
themselves out" jimin said watching jungkook smile down at the kids "yeah, Hoseok will
have more energy tomorrow so expect to see him in your shop"

"I don't mind it, he is a nice kid and jun-seo likes spending time with him" his eyes on the
sleeping boys while Jungkook's gaze moved to him and then to three pictures on the
wardrobe he was standing by "is that your family?" Now jimin did looked at him, making
him gulp as he had thought out loud "what?" Jungkook pressed his lips together and asked
again "them, they are your family?" The omega looked at the pictures and felt a genuine
smile pulled at his lips "yeah, this is jun-seo's uncle" pointing at the brown haired man that
had deep dimples which reminded the alpha of the sleeping pup "and him?" Jimins hands
reached for the picture of an only man and answered "this is jun-seo's dad, he was my mate"
and if he had glanced back at the younger he would have noticed the surprised yet fond look
of the man "is he a busy man?" Not sure if that was a topic he could touch since he knew the
omega didn't had a mating mark anymore, he noticed how jimin's eyes glistened making his
own eyes widen "i'm sorry I shouldn't have asked" The blonde man shook his head and gave
the alpha a tight smile "i'm sorry" he mumbled again as the omega cleaned his teary eyes "it's
not your fault, I just, would rather talk about it some other time. I know you are a good man
jungkook" patting his arm before kneeling down to where the two infants laid "jun-seo?
Honey wake up" softly speaking to the boy "Hoseok, time to wake up" pushing back his
white hair making his eyes squint open followed by a long yawn "mommy?" Turning back to
his own son "wake up, Jungkook is here"
Both children sat up stretching out and looking at the alpha, Hoseok offering the man a tired
smile while jun-seo gave a small wave while his other tiny fist rubbed his eye "what took you
so long?" Natural pouty lips from the beta as he stood up and dragged his feet to the blue
haired man "there where a lot of deliveries" Hoseok rested his head by jungkook's belly
button where he could reach while the alpha passed his fingers through his white hair "do you
want to go home buddy? You can visit jun-seo tomorrow ", his words getting a small whine
from the beta who turned around when he felt a small tap on his shoulder "it's fine hobi, we
can play more tomorrow". The beta still didn't seem fond of the idea but when the little alpha
hugged him goodbye he could feel himself growing more sleepy "okay, I will see you
tomorrow" pulling back from their hug and making grabby hands to jungkook who gave his
signature bunny smile and took the five year old on his hold, his white haired head resting
against the alphas shoulder while he still could look at his friend and at the blonde omega
"we will be in the shop but you are free to visit whenever you want Hoseok" jimin said while
softly patting the boy's back.

"Bye jun-seo, bye jun-seo's mom" smiling wide at the adorable kid that waved at them when
Jungkook turned their back at them to open the door, the two waving back at him before
shutting the front door.

"Uncle joon!!" Jun-seo happily shouted as he jumped on his seat and looked down at his
mom's phone "hi jun-seo!" Namjoon’s happy voice barely reached the child's loud one even
when he was on speaker "how have you been? Are you liking it there so far?" The boy gave a
happy hum "I already made a friend! And mom is also making friends now. We have met um
taehyung and jin and uhm yoongi- oh and jungkook!! He is very coo,l uncle, He has blue
hair" green eyes shining in amazement "that's great to hear".

"Uncle joon?" His cheerful voice dropped a little, making Jimin glance up from his
sketchbook to his fidgeting son "something wrong buddy?". "I- I wanted to know when will
you visit? I miss you" in the other side of the line Namjoons smile was huge, his eyes closing
and dimples deep "I miss you too, jimin told me there is a festival, maybe I can make it for
then" jun-seo gasped and his smile was back "yes!!" Jimin’s own smile appeared at seeing his
son so excited. While the pair continued talking with the alpha on the other side of the phone,
across the street a group of three omegas and an alpha bundled up on a bench by the park,
one of them pregnant while the other three had sent their children away to play and the alpha
rocked his own child while standing beside his mate "it's been already a week and no one has
idea of who he is" the woman who was so far on her eight month of pregnancy spoke while
resting her hands on top of her baby bump. And yes, it has been a week since the omega and
his son moved into this small town known as wellspring.

"I know and there has been no alpha around him at all" one of the omegas said her words
followed by another of them "how could you even assume he has an alpha!" He whispered
shouted "he has no mating mark on his neck" the omega continued before the only alpha
between them spoke up "well we don't know if he had one before, he is very attractive he
must have someone" one of the omega’s snickered and spoke being the only one that hadn't
before "if he is so attractive then we all should keep a leash on our mates, didn't you noticed
how some man where staring at him back in the festival's signing in?" She huffed, crossing
her arms over her chest. "No one noticed because no one should care mina" Taehyung's voice
had the group falling silent "and we all know your alpha is nowhere near a Saint" jin was just
silent while carrying his mates bag "taehyung you are just too naive to see it" named man
rolled his eyes and stood before them "no mina, you just have your head up your ass to even
realize what matters now leave that omega alone and his pup, instead of caring for them care
for your pups and cheating husband, we all know to whose bed he goes to" folding his arms
over his belly quite right since all town knew about the woman's life who tried to act as if it
was still hidden "and remember, I might be pregnant, but you are messing with my friend"
His piercing eyes making her gulp, jin wasn't bothered after being victim of his mates
constant threats throughout their relationship.

"Come on alpha, let's not waste more time on these nosy people'' gesturing at his mate who
right away followed the tanned omega across the street and into jimin's shop.

The purpose for taehyung to have such an aggressive reaction over the blonde florist was
simple, the day after his visit when Hoseok was over at their place, the two had had a coffee
filled with questions thrown between them as they tried to get to know each other which
resulted on them growing fond of one another, specially taehyung caring dearly about jimin
who did allowed himself to open up a tiny bit and mentioned a little more of his reasons to
move to these town, but when taehyung had noticed the sorrowful look on the youngers eye
he decided to not push him into talking. "Hi jiminie!" Taehyung hugged the shorter omega
and then pulled away to ruffle the little alphas chestnut hair "hi tae, hi jin" smiling at the
couple and then reaching for a chair so taehyung could seat down "oh thank you" smiling at
the blonde before glancing down at the sketch book on the counter table "you were drawing
these?" The blonde nodded leaning back against the counter "uncle joon meet taehyung and
seokjin!" Jun-seo pushed close to the couple the phone where namjoon was still on speaker
"oh um, hi nice to meet you" the man awkwardly spoke through the phone "nice to meet you
i'm Seokjin'' the broad shouldered alpha greeted back "i'm taehyung" now the rose gold
omega spoke "I won't take much more of your time I was just calling to greet jun-seo,
hopefully for the festival I will meet you" Namjoon quickly said "ow, talk to you tonight then
uncle joon" jun-seo said as he knew he would get to speak to his uncle later.
"Bye Namjoon, take care" , hanging up the phone call "was that your brother?" Taehyung
asked but before Jimin could answer his son beat him to it "no he is my dad's older brother!"
The room fell silent for a couple of minutes "is that so?" Jin asked leaning his body against
the counter while still standing up, his arms folded while the little alpha eagerly nodded "he
is a strong alpha and the best uncle! He once took me to his work and he told me he is the
boss" green eyes wide as he spoke more and more about his favorite uncle "really?!" Jin
exaggerated his surprise, happy to see the boy grow even more excited.

The bell of the shop's door resonated making the three persons turn around and look at who
had just come in, at the sight of the familiar white haired beta jun-seo jumped off his chair
and ran straight to the younger boy to wrap him in a bone crushing hug "hobi!!" The younger
right away returned the tight hug "seonie!!" Jimin wasn't the only one to smile at the boy's as
they hugged like they hadn't seen each other in ages, the beta was quite strong as he lifted the
older alpha off of his feet before settling him back down and pulling apart from their hug
"minie! Minie!" Now the beta jumped his way to the blonde omega who was surprised when
Hoseok hugged him "hi Hoseokie" patting his head and returning the hug "Tete!" Now the
boy hugging taehyung and always gave a small kiss to his belly "jinnie!" Now hugging the
tall alpha and returning to jimin "can jun-seo go to the park with me? Can he?! Can he?! Can
he?!"

Jimin only laughed at the over excited pup and nodded "ofcourse, go have fun" the beta
cheered and pulled jun-seo along him after he gave a small wave to his mom and then
together left the shop. Taehyung turned to look at jimin and then back down at the sketch
book "and why are you drawing these arrangements?" Taehyung asked making jimin glance
from the door to his book "I first draw options before doing the flower arrangements, and
well, I'm not sure of what is the emperor's day so I'm trying to come up with something"
tapping his pencil against the paper "well the person that's always in charge of it makes sure
everything looks fancy, he loves expensive things" jin said making jimin think for a moment
"then maybe I could go with something close to wedding sets" thinking out loud and noting it
down on his book.

"Who is this person anyway? Do I need to work with him?" Taehyung gave and over
exaggerated huff and nodded "he is the mayor's son and yes, it is most probable you will have
to work with that nightmare" jin softly shook his head "he is not that bad, sure he do is a little
too picky and... well he is a perfectionist and-" stopping himself because the more he talked,
the more he realized his mate was right "yeah, hopefully you don't meet him soon" the shops
door opened again and the blue haired alpha stepped in "hi kook!" Taehyung greeted the
younger one who smiled at him and gave him a small hug and then patted jin’s back "hi
jimin" the omega gave a small smile and waved "have you seen Hoseok?" They all pointed at
the park "why something happened?" Taehyung asked to stop Jungkook from leaving the
shop.

"Yeah his parents landed and yoongi went to go pick them up but... he said they had
something important to tell him and that they sounded very serious, he is already on his way
back here so I'm just gonna keep him in the bakery until they arrive" taehyung gave a small
gasp while jimin was trying to understand what was happening "they are never that serious
unless it's about work" Seokjin said "yeah you know how they are, I just want to make sure
he knows they are on their way here, I will let you know how things go" giving a goodbye
nod to the three of them and leaving the shop. "What's it about Hoseok's parents?" After a
long silence jimin asked "they are very busy people, great business people and nice, they
moved here because they thought it would be nice to raise Hoseok here and yoongi helps
them to take care of Hoseok when they go on business trips" taehyung quickly explained
"hopefully it isn't anything bad".

Chapter Summary

Jun-seo's and Hoseok's bond strengthens, and in a way allows Jungkook to see the little
alpha and florist omega in a new light making him care more for them.

Hoseok happily swung his legs back and forth while sitting beside jungkook on the currently
empty bakery, after a few more minutes the shops door opened and came in Yoongi with his
brother and sister in law when yoongi walked closer to the table where Hoseok and jungkook
sat, that was when the alpha noticed how silent yoongi was, but not only that, his button nose
was red and eyes a little as well "mommy! Daddy!" Hoseok ran to the alpha and beta while
getting wrapped in a hug by them, while they had their reunion jungkook stood up and
approached yoongi "is it that bad?" A gentle hand against his back and the omega just softly
sniffled "I guess so..."

"How have you been snowball?" Hoseok's dad asked while pulling apart from their hug
"great! I made a new friend. He is new in town" his wide smile just made a small whimper
leave yoongi's lips that wasn't even heard but to Jungkook who stood beside him and pulled
him into a side hug "really?" Now his mom asked and he nodded "and his mom makes pretty
flower things!" Silver eyes wide as he looked at the beta who tilted her head to the side at her
son's cuteness. When Hoseok took a breath he could find a little more the smell of rain
combined with the lavender scent of his uncle "nini?" Looking from his parents to the pale
man who pressed his lips tight together into a thin line "nini why are you sad?" Walking
closer to the omega while his parents glanced at each other, yoongi crouched down taking
Hoseok's small chubby hands on his bigger pale ones "you know i have always taken care of
you, right?" Confused Hoseok nodded "I'm from the first people that watch you grow into
these lovely Ball of sunshine" smiling at the boy who was still worried "and I even grew to
see you not only as my nephew but even like a son" scrunching up his nose and continued
smiling "yoongi I know these must be hard on you" his brother spoke making Hoseok's frown
even deeper while yoongi shook his head in a reassuring way to the alpha "why don't you go
seat? Your parents need to tell you something" Standing back up and letting go of Hoseok's
hands who hesitantly walked to a table and took a seat on one of the many chairs followed by
his mom and dad.

"Snowball, you know me and your dad work at these big company right?" Hoseok nodded at
his mom who gestured for her mate to continue "well we travel a lot and um... our boss gave
us these huge offer" eyes big as he gazed between both parents "and we took it. The only
problem is that, we would need to go live somewhere else" Hoseok's breathing seemed to
increase as the man spoke more "no more moving around, no more traveling, we could be
together" his silver eyes kept going between them as they started to fill with fresh tears "l-
leave?" His tiny voice croaked out and his mom nodded "we would leave in a few day's" her
words downing on him.

The white haired boy fell silent, his parents giving a worried glance to one another
"Snowball?" Hoseok started to frantically shake his head as tears rolled down his chubby
cheeks "Hoseok?" A small sob was all he managed to get out while continuing to shake his
head "no leaving! I don't want to leave!" Standing up from his seat and walking to yoongi
wrapping his arms around the omega who tried hard not to cry "i will stay with nini I wanna
stay with him!" Teary eyes looking up at the black haired omega whose lip kept on quivering
but he said no word "uncle?" Yoongi softly shook his head, he didn't have say in these
situation his parents where here now and probably, these was the best for Hoseok "snow-"

"No! I won't leave" running for the door making everyone rush behind the tiny beta
"Hoseok!" Jungkook was quick to catch him just as a truck passed by "let me go! Let me go!"
Wriggling his way out of the blue haired alphas' hold and running behind the truck and
straight to the shop where the only person in mind was "hobi?" His red teary eyes found jimin
and jun-seo across the counter and he threw his smaller body into the older’s hold who knew
right away something was wrong with his friend and held him tightly just as the other four
people burst through the door.

An alpha and beta he didn't recognize entered jimin's shop and he grew even more confused
just like his son who didn't care at all about the other people but only had in mind the beta
that hugged him tight "Hoseok let's go" his dad spoke but the boy only whined as the man
approached him "Let's talk about these somewhere else" Hoseok once again shook his head
but the man still tried pulling him away from the little alpha "No! No! No!" He held tighter
onto the older boy "let him go!!" Jun-seo let out a small growl that was tiny but audible
enough for the man to stop his movements and pull away "jun-" jimin was as surprised as
everyone else as his son again let out a small growl specially when his son had never acted
such way, while to him, the alpha was danger after he tried pulling away Hoseok from him
and the beta had shouted at the man.

Jun-seo took a step back and with Hoseok ran to the store's bathroom quickly locking himself
and the beta inside "jun-seo open the door!" His mom tried forcing the doorknob but the boy
held onto it "i won't open until hobi stops crying!!" Jimin stopped his movements and sighed
"jun-seo, you need to open these door" his voice stern but the little alpha wasn't going to do
as told, not when his best friend was shaking and crying.
Jungkook stepped up and placed a hand on the older man's shoulder. "Let's give them a
moment" jimin again sighed and along with the rest walked back to the front of the shop.

Jun-seo stepped back from the door and turned back to a still crying Hoseok who sat on the
cold floor, the little alpha sat as well and wrapped an arm around the younger boy "hobi?
What happened?" The boy whimpered growing a little calmer "my- my parents said *hiccup*
we need to- to move away *hiccup* but I don't want to!" He sobbed out sending a pang to the
little alphas chest "w-why?" Frowning at his best friend "f-f-for a job" his chubby hand
wiping his tears away "can't you stay here?" Hoseok shrugged "i just w-want it to be like
before" Out of instinct jun-seo let out his pumpkin scent in an attempt to make Hoseok calm
down and in no time the boy's sniffles stopped "if they really need you to leave with them,
then you can just visit as much as you want, I don't want you to leave" Hoseok listened while
taking deep breaths of the pumpkin scent, which did soothed him "talk with your parents
maybe they can let you stay with yoongi and they will visit whenever they can, you told me
that's what they already did, maybe it can be just the same" pulling a little back to look at the
beta whose silver eyes where already looking up at him "whatever happens we will always be
best friends, won't we?" Offering a small smile to which Hoseok nodded.

"You guys can't just get back and suddenly decide to move away!" Yoongi was trying so hard
to not cry but his bloodshot eyes where already a dead giveaway "I know- I know I have no
say in these but i basically raised him" the bathrooms door opened and the adults fell silent as
jun-seo stepped out first before Hoseok followed him, their hands latched together as they
approached the group of adults "please let Hoseok speak" the little alpha said while avoiding
their eyes, specially his mom's, Hoseok kept his hand wrapped around jun-seo's while taking
a step forward "i- I don't want to leave because I want to stay with jun-seo and with nini and
with minie and with kook, they are now like a family to me but if we really need to leave..."
Looking at his best friend who gave his hand a squeeze to reassure him "then we can move
away because in the end, they will always be my second family" lips naturally forming a pout
as he looked down at his feet "Snowball" his mom's quivering voice spoke over the thick
silence "we want what's best for you, what would you like more?"

Hoseok chewed on his lip "i- I want it to be like before, like if you were traveling and nini is
taking care of me" a small sob made his head snap up to find his mom covering her mouth
while her mate hugger her to his side "m-mommy?" Nervousness building up in him "have
we *sob* really n-not being there for him?" Question directed to her husband, she was right,
they have always traveled because of their job that their son had grown used to the routine of
not having his parents around as much as he wanted to but as he settled with how these
worked, he stopped noticing "d-did i-i make mommy cry?" The betas voice quivering again
his silver eyes looking up at his dad while letting go of jun-seo's hand to approach his mother
"no sweetheart, you could never make me cry'' pulling the boy into her embrace which he
right away returned wrapping his small arms tightly around her "my goodness, I don't know
about you Hee-chul, but I'm not taking that job" sniffling and glancing up at her mate who
frowned "hye-rin you know we need the money" he softly spoke Crouching down to be on
eye level with her and their son.

"I know but we have been working for years hee-chul, and besides" looking at her wide eyed
son "our snowball is more important, isn't he?" Squeezing the betas cheeks covered in dry
tears "then we can all stay here, I will talk to our boss" Hoseok's eyes lit up "does that mean I
get to keep everyone?!" His parents nodded "do I get to live here?!" And they nodded again
"so I can still see nini?! And kookie?! And- and, jun-seo?! And minie?!" They nodded his
mother giving a light laugh "so, I also get to keep you?" Looking at both of his parents, his
answer given when they both wrapped him in a tight hug.

"S-Seonie!" When his parents unwrapped him from their arms he threw himself at a wide
smiling jun-seo who as well returned the hug, they jumped and their lively laughter filled the
shop "we get to see each other every day!!" Hoseok cheered and after Squeezing one more
time the older alpha he pulled away and ran to his uncle "no more crying nini! We are still
together" yoongi sniffled rubbing his red nose and hugging back his only nephew "i'm crying
because i'm happy" jungkook patted the omegas back and pulled back when yoongis brother
went to hug the pale man "come on Let's go to the house" yoongi nodded and the four of
them left jimin's shop "jun-seo" at the warning tone of his mom he stopped his movements
and lowered his head "anything to say for yourself?" Hands on his hips while looking at his
son "i'm sorry I growled and I'm sorry I locked the door" jimin knelt down and smiled at his
son "I meant why you did it" he sighed fidgeting and still not looking up "because I care for
Hoseok, a lot, and I just didn't liked it when he cried" Jimin reached up to ruffle his hair "that
means you are going to be a good alpha" the boy finally looked up "r-really?" Jimin nodded a
new voice agreeing with the omega "your mom is right, sensing someone you care for is in
danger is a good sign whether you will be a good alpha, and it's understandable what you did,
Hoseok didn't want to leave so you protected him" jungkooks words had jun-seo's green eyes
glistening in happiness "I will be a good alpha!" Puffing his chest out receiving a small laugh
from his mom "i'm sure you will be"

Jungkook and Jimin grow a little more close, and maybe we have Yoongi to thank for.

Jimin was going through his books looking through the different flowers while his brows
formed a frown as he concentrated, the small bell resonated but didn't made him look up nor
the smell of warm bread, but the pinewood scent "hi jimin" the blue haired alpha greeted
"hey jungkook" setting his book down while the alpha sat down the bag of bread "my
grandpa saw you from the bakery and told me to bring you some bread" jimin tilted his head
to the side and glanced at his window to confirm that indeed the elder man was standing by
the window while squealing like a teenage girl along yoongi "oh I see" giving a small
chuckle and taking the bag "thanks" putting it beside his own bag "why the book?" Taking a
seat on a small stall "I was checking which flowers would be good for the emperor's day, I
don't mean to sound rude but, why are you still here?" Confused when the alpha had only
given one reason for his visit "I can't stand yoongi trying to convince me to flirt with you" he
bluntly confessed making jimin choke on air.

"Sorry was I too blunt?" Jimin nodded seating back "yoongi has been trying to set me up with
everyone, and you are attractive-" Widening his eyes, face growing red at his sudden
confession, jimin no different from him as his cheeks grew hot "y-you find me a-ttractive?" It
was broad daylight and he was blushing for an alpha he has only known for a week and a half

that's not the point!, yoongi has been just being a pushover specially now Hoseok's parent are

The shop's door opened once again followed by the sound of clicking heels, Jimin looked

slender body covered by an off shoulder floral dress and of course, his nude high heels. "Park
jimin?" His tone was one of annoyance and boredom "yeah that's me, can I help you?" The
man looked him up and down and from the corner of his eye jimin noticed how jungkook
gulped "i'm Do-won" he stretched his hand out and jimin took it, still a little confused "how
can i-" he stopped talking as the so called Do-won caught sight of the blue haired alpha
"jungkook" Amused voice while he turned his body to face the taller man "I didn't know you
did be here" a smile taking over his lips while jungkook shifted uncomfortably on the spot "i-
I just came to um leave some bread to jimin"

"Well feel free to hang around, it won't be long" an almost glare as he looked back at the
blonde omega "while with you, no one has really signed into the emperors day which I'm in
charge of, so whatever travesty you have planned I want it by my office tomorrow morning, I
don't want disgusting things to be on the event" jimin widened his eyes at how rude the male
was being, while jungkook had to bit his tongue wanting to defend the older but also not
wanting to cause him or his own grandfather any more problems "I hope to see you around
jungkook" a single finger tracing the alphas chest "see you tomorrow, jimin."

As soon as the man was gone jungkook heaved out a sigh "so is he the reason why you don't
date? You like him?" Confused looking at the taller "oh God no! He is the worst" shaking his
head "oh so he is into you, wow jungkook I didn't know you where the hot stuff here in town"
jungkook held a hand to his chest and gave a painful face "i'm a young bachelor there are
plenty of omegas wanting to date me" giving flip of his long hair followed by a bunny smile
and small giggle of the blonde omega "then why is yoongi the one trying to set you up with
everyone?" Taking his seat again "well I have a type, and most omegas that have thrown
themselves to me just like me because of my looks" shrugging while taking his own seat as
well "well that's new, so far I have known you I can see you are good person and for a partner
I bet you would be a great alpha" smiling at him but only jungkook the one to feel his heart
skipping a beat.

He cleared his throat and stood up once again "I should get going, those baskets won't deliver
themselves" giving a small chuckle "If it helps you, Do-won loves the color emerald green,
and fancy stuff" jimin nodded with a smile of his own "thanks, see you around jungkook"
watching the blue haired man walk out of his shop and to the bicycle across the street.

The next day jimin was shuffling around the apartment collecting his things to go to his
meeting with Do-won "mommy?" Jimin gave him a small hum while his son continued
chewing on his cereal "am I going... with you?" Mouth stuffed with the ring shaped and
colorful froot loops "yes i don't have anyone that can watch you" finishing from packing his
things and walking to the table where his son was still having breakfast "would you prefer to
just stay here?" Jun-seo shook his head "i'm going wherever you are going!" Getting up from
his seat and placing the now empty plate on the sink "alright let's go".

A few minutes later jimin was parking his car by the almost empty parking lot of the mayor's
office building, the large set of offices of two floors was on the very end of the town, jimin
along his son got off the car and made their way into the building where they found a tall
ceiling and the very first thing they saw was a circular brown wooden desk "excuse me?" An
elderly woman was behind the desk, her eyes looking at him from above her glasses. "can i
help you?" Tone soft but at the same time bored "I have a meeting with Do-won, he didn't
really say more" the woman sighed and looked back down at her book "name?"

"Park jimin" she raised a finger to point at the elevators while with the other writing down the
omegas name "floor 2, down the left hall you will find a large waiting room and a single
door" looking back up at the blonde man "that's his office, his secretary will let you know
when to step in" jimin nodded and gave small thank you before taking his sons hand and
walking to the elevator. When the doors opened on the second floor he took a deep breath for
some reason feeling nervous, probably because he was the mayor's son and because of all the
things taehyung told him about the omega, he walked down the left hall and into a waiting
room where on the right side of the door he knew was Do-won's office was a desk where a
young alpha sat behind "hi, I'm here to see do-won" the girl nodded and looked at a clock "he
will be done with his current meeting, you can seat and wait it won't be long" jimin nodded
and led his son to a nearby chair seating him down and Crouching down in front of him
"okay pumpkin, I will need you to seat here and wait for me while I finish talking with Do-
won, I promise to make it fast so we can go to the shop and you get to go to the park with
hobi, alright?" Jun-seo nodded bopping jimin's nose "I will be good" smiling at his mom who
returned the wide grin bopping back jun-seo's nose "that's my little alpha"

Just as he stood up the door opened and a group of alphas and a few betas stepped out, their
eyes right away finding the blonde omega who most town where Intrigued over since his
arrival, jimin gave a small polite bow while keeping his son shielded from the man's prying
eyes "oh you must be the newbie, huh?" The alpha was tall and with a sly smirk that made
jimin almost feel threatened "yeah I just moved here" the man went to take a step closer just
as the familiar blue haired alpha stepped in front of him "think twice your next move" glaring
at the taller man who seemed surprised for a second and then giving a small scoff "don't be so
protective jeon you barely know him" the tension was clear as the rest of the small group
stepped away from the scene murmuring between them "just keep your hands to yourself and
back off, you have a mate back home" the taller Alpha scoffed again and left, soon enough
the rest of the group as well leaving "thank you but you didn't had to" jungkook smiled
sweetly "it's nothing, I don't mind helping a pretty omega in trouble" Wriggling his brows
jokingly at the older who lightly laughed and rolled his eyes at the taller. "Besides he is a jerk
so it's my pleasure to shut him up whenever you need help" jimin's eyes widened, a giggle
making jungkook look behind jimin to find the older’s pup giggling up at him "shit- wait!
No! Don't repeat any of those bad words" jun-seo only laughed at the panicked alpha, the
door opening once again making them fall silent "jimin, step in" Do-won called from the
open door barely paying attention at the child and blue haired man "oh yeah I will be there"
looking back at his son "be good" jun-seo nodded but before jimin could turn back to the
other omega jungkook stopped him "do you want me to watch him while you get that done?"
Jimin shook his head "it's fine jungkook I don't think it will be long" but jungkook just sat
down beside the green eyed alpha "go on, I will wait with him" giving that same innocent
bunny grin, jimin sighed with a smile on and turned to the open door stepping in and closing
it behind himself.

"Don't repeat anything from what I said about that alpha" jun-seo laughed again while
jungkook felt the kid had something against him now.

"So you have a son" jimin nodded "but he won't keep me from doing these, it was his idea in
fact" smiling to himself at the thought of his considerate son "I hope so because these event
matters a lot to me, show me what ideas you got"

"Well I was thinking about going with some flowers that have something in common with
what the event is about, for example, purple asters they are related to wisdom and royalty, or
also, peony's since they mean fortune" he pulled out his book and showed the man the first
image "these are the purple asters" gesturing at the image of the purple flower "and these
down here are the peony's" now pointing at the pink flower "well I like them, they would
look beautiful in the place where the event is held since it's an open space" jimin raised his
brows liking the idea "and what else had you planned?"

"I was considering doing the arrangement in white wooden baskets if I were to use either of
them since these flowers have a bright color" taking a moment to change the page and show
him two arrangements that he had done "or maybe a gold color, I'm still not sure, what
flowers would you prefer?" Looking from his book to the red haired omega "try different
arrangements, one of each flower and one with the two combined and one with the two and a
few white flowers" jimin nodded took his note book and wrote it down to do later that day
"for the color of the holders try with white, gold and black" jimin hummed and again wrote
down the colors "great, we could meet again in a few day's, I will make sure to stop by your
shop and see your progress" Standing up "yeah sure, I will start today" following the taller’s
lead and stepping out of the office, Do-won staying back and without a second word closing
it.

"Mommy are you done?" Jun-seo asked as soon as he spotted the blonde male "yes pumpkin,
but i have plenty of work" sitting beside his son "I can help!" His green eyes lighting up
"didn't you want to play with Hobi? I bet he would love to steal you for a few hours" the boy
shook his head a small smile making his dimple start to deepen "alright but if he comes by
you can go play" jun-seo nodded but in his little mind he wouldn't do so, he was one of the
main witnesses of how his mom would overwork himself, they stood back up followed by
jungkook "did he give you that much work?" The alpha questioned following the little alpha
and omega inside the elevator, jimin shrugged "I love my work so it isn't that much trouble"
smiling at the younger, their eyes lingering on each other rather longer than intended, the
elevator doors Snapping them back to reality. The three of them stepped out and walked out
of the place "do you- do you want us to give you a ride?" Jimin asked signaling to his small
car "don't worry I can go on my own'' giving a small smile but the older shook his head "you
already watched for a while jun-seo, it's the least I can do" a long silence before he spoke
again "unless the most eligible bachelor has already someone to pick him up" getting a light
chuckle and wider smile from the blue haired man "unless you have decided to not give me a
seat in your car then I do not" their eyes again lasting longer on each other, jun-seo's green
eyes battling between his mom and the cool alpha "mommy?" His son's voice snapped him
back into reality as he tore his eyes from the taller "alright let's go pumpkin" guiding his son
and Jungkook back to the car where they buckled in.

"Mommy, when you where in that room, jungkook said some bad words" laughing at the
thought of the frustrated alpha who was trying hard to convince the pup to ignore such words
that escaped his mouth "you said you would ignore it!" Whining like a kid but happiness
blooming inside his chest at the sound of jimin's lively laughter "jun-seo, don't repeat any of

Chapter Summary

One step closer, could have a bigger effect to falling for someone.

It was barely the third day after his meeting with Do-won and he was already tired and
stressed out, he had various ideas and were already sketched down on his notebook, so now.
He was just finding materials and doing attempt over attempt.

He slept early this morning for a few hours before he was woken up by his son who was
hungry, he sighed, there was another thing he needed to do groceries wouldn't buy
themselves.

He leaned back on his seat and opened his eyes looking at the different arrangements he had
so far done, the doors bell resonated and came in Do-won with the clicking of his heels "hi
jimin" voice as always sounding bored "hi" the younger turned to look at a side table where
he had some of the arrangements he was working on "are these the ones you have so far?"
Walking closer to the table and eyeing the three arrangements "yeah, I actually added a third
flower, I heard it blossoms during these season here specially"

"You mean the daffodils?" Jimin nodded walking from behind the counter to where the red
haired omega stood "I did one black box with peony's then these white box with purple asters
and then I did these bouquet with black wrapper and a golden ribbon, I placed first the purple
asters since they where a little larger and then added the peony's with a few smaller daffodils"
Do-won silently gazed at the three different arrangements with a small frown before it was
gone and he turned to look at the blonde omega "I like the flowers but try different
arrangements, probably a vase or other bouquets" Falling silent for a moment and then
continuing "I've got to admit you do are good at these so I trust your decision" jimin gave a
small smile "that's nice of you" the taller gave an almost mocking laugh "i'm not being nice at
all, I'm checking my opponent" jimins head tilted to the side "opponent?" Do-won hummed
folding his arms above his chest "Don't play innocent, jungkook and I are meant to be
together, he must have mentioned our story by now" smirking proudly and turning again on
his heels "see you later, park" the man left his shop leaving behind a confused jimin.
"What are you looking at?" Yoongi jumped on the spot at the sudden sound of jungkook's
voice "uh um nothing" shrugging but surely the younger saw right through him "you know
it's not very polite to spy on others'' gesturing at the shop across theirs while setting down a
tray with bread "i'm not spying" huffing with a small pout and looking away of the taller
"Besides I just saw that Do-won was there, and we both know he is nowhere near a nice
person" Leaning his chin on his palm "I know but I'm sure jimin can handle him" but in his
gut it didn't felt right to leave him to his luck "I heard you were together at the mayor's
building" the pale omega Wriggled his brows up at the taller who rolled his eyes yet already
used at the normal teasing of the older "yeah we bumped into each other and I helped him
out" shrugging like it was nothing, because truly it wasn't, and he wouldn't let yoongi into his
head.

"Oh really?" And the alpha nodded "well I also heard you defended him of another alpha, is
that not important too?" Jungkook sighed and stopped arranging the pieces of bread "I was
just helping him, I know he could have defended himself, but who knows?" Shrugging again
to then pause his movements and turning to the shorter "and from who you hears all these? I
know you love gossip but I didn't know you where the kind to hear from connections" just in
que a new voice joined in "of course from your grandpa you now he is like a teenage girl
when it comes to gossip and specially gossiping with yoongi" jungkooks smile was wide as
he looked at his grandmother who pulled on an apron and while his grandpa rubbed the back
of his neck guiltily "what can I do when the words spread fast?, people talk" pulling on his
own apron "grandpa i'm your grandson! You aren't supposed to gossip about me" Pouting
making his grandmother coo and squeeze his cheek "aw my poor bun, we won't forgive your
grandpa" satisfied smiling at the elder woman and hugging her "ow come on buttercup what
was I supposed to do? Ignore what others say about my grandson?" Yoongi joined his side
and nodded "what if it had been something bad?" the omega added while the elder man
nodded in agreement.

Jungkook laughed still not letting go from his grandmother before the shops door opened and
the now familiar flowery scent made him look up to find the blonde omega "um excuse me?"
Soft voice interrupting the laughter as all four people glanced his way making him shift on
his feet "jimin, what brings you here?" The blue haired alpha pulled away from hugging the
elder omega and leaned across the counter as the older blonde walked closer "Do-won came
by and he didn't liked at all the arrangements but I thought it would be a waste to just throw
them away" Raising the bouquet of three different flowers from which he knew well the
yellow ones "I thought you could have them probably for the shop?" Shrugging and offering
them to the younger "well they are beautiful, I will go put them on a vase with water" smiling
softly at jimin to then disappear on the kitchen, jimins eyes trailed to the other three persons
and gave an awkward smile "hi" the woman walked closer eyeing him from head to toe and
stretching out her hand with a honest smile that reminded jimin of the blue haired alpha "i'm
Jeon Da-Hee" jimin took her hand and returned the smile "Park Jimin, nice to meet you" he
then turned to an also wide smiling elder man who offered his hand to the blonde and he took
it "it's nice to finally meet you jimin, I'm Jeon Bon-Hwa"
They pulled apart from the handshake "hi yoongi, how's Hoseok? I haven't seen him as much
as before" the pale man smiled. "He is doing great, he has been spending much more time
with his parents" jimin hummed and turned back at the elderly couple as they threw him a
question "and why did you move here?" The blonde took a moment to think "mostly for a
new start, the big city isn't as great and well, I thought a small town would do us better" and
some other reasons "us?" The woman asked again and jimin nodded a wide smile pulling at
his lips "yeah, me and my son" just in time jungkook returned with the flowers now in a vase
filled with water "what are you talking about?" Eyes moving from an eye smiling jimin to his
surprised grandparents "we didn't think you did have a son jimin" the woman's head Tilting to
the side "well I do, he has come around here actually" her head snapped to her husband who
gave a nervous smile.

"Thanks for the flowers jimin I will leave them here" jungkook interfered and the omega
smiled "i'm glad you like them, I will get going then I have plenty of wo-" stumbling forward
at a sudden weight against his waist, jimin looked down to find a wide smiling beta and his
little alpha "minie!!" Hoseok greeted followed by his best friend "mommy!!" Jun-seo's smile
as wide as Hoseoks his small dimple deepening "hello there" jimin lightly laughed ruffling
both kids hair "Snowball let go of him it's rude" Hoseoks mom appeared from behind and her
son did as told pulling away from hugging the blonde omega "I don't think we have been
properly introduced" she smiled stretching her hand "i'm Min hye-rin, my mate is not here
right now but his names is Hee-chul" jimin smiled "i'm jimin and well, you already know my
son"

"And where's Hee-chul?" Yoongi stepped into the conversation but before the beta could
answer Hoseok did "daddy is working!" The white haired beta widely smiled "mommy?"
Jun-seo's voice was small as he hid himself behind the blonde omega "what's it pumpkin?"
Turning around to look at his son who looked at the elder couple behind the counter "who are
they?" Jimin smiled and gave his son a small push "they are jungkooks family, say hi" the
boy took a step forward and waved at the couple who gazed down at him in curiosity "hello,
I'm jun-seo" Hands clasping behind his back offering a shy smile "nice to meet you" the elder
alpha smiled wide "i'm jungkooks grandpa, my name is Bon-Hwa" the boys eyes lit up "I
have seen you here!" The man nodded "I have seen you too" jun-seo turned his attention to
the omega beside him who fondly smiled at him "i'm Da-Hee jungkooks grandmother" jun-
seo gave his same small smile his dimple barely deepened "we are going now, I wanted to
give one of the arrangements to Taehyung" jun-seo gave a small whine not wanting to leave
his friend "mom can't I stay with hobi? I promise to be good" puppy eyes and puckered lip as
he looked up at his mom "i'm sorry sweetie, I need to pick some stuff after leaving the
flowers at taehyungs apartment" the boy pouted and jimin crouched down "how about these,
we go and leave the flowers, you accompany me to the grocery store and after leaving the
bag at our place we can come back to the flower shop" jun-seo hummed as he thought it over
"you need to be patient if you want to play longer with hobi'' jun-seo finally nodded and took
jimins hand on his smaller one.
"Bye hobi, by yoonie, bye jungkookie, bye hobi's mom, bye kookies grandparents" jimin
chuckled at his waving son "see you around everyone" jimin bid his goodbyes and led his son
out of the bakery and across the street to their car.

The bags fell from his arms with a small thud on the table followed by a sigh from the green
eyed infant "mommy are we done yet?" Jimin looked over his shoulder to find his son resting
his head on top of the table counter "yes we are done, for now tho" Groaning at his mother's
words "I will just get everything on its place and then we can leave" jimin chuckled at his
whining son. A few minutes later jimin was done arranging the groceries but when he turned
around he found his son dozing off "pumpkin?" Voice low like a whisper trying not to scare
awake the boy, jun-seo gave a soft hum in answer, eyes fighting to stay open "do you wanna
go to bed?" Jun-seo tried raising his head but failing as sleep called for him "mhm" his arms
raising as he made grabby hands for his mom who smiled at the gesture and walked around
the aisle, jimins arms snaked around his sons frame and picked him out from his seat "Let's
get you to bed then" with the boy in his arms he walked to the room with a single small bed
in it, with a hand maneuvering to push down the bed cover and placing down his halfway
sleeping son "do you want to change into your pajamas?" Jun-seo shook his head wanting to
just let sleep consume him "alright, I will go to the shop for a little while and then i will come
back to make you some food" the little alpha nodded green eyes gone as his lids closed, jimin
leaned down and pressed a small kiss to his pups forehead before tucking him in "love you"
bopping the boy's nose as soft snores started to leave his lips, and jimin made his way out of
the room.

He took the arrangement from the table and made his way out and to taehyung's apartment,
knocking on the wooden door and waiting for a small moment before the door was opened by
seokjin "jimin hi, what can i do for you?" Glancing behind himself and then back at the
blonde man "oh um, I came to give these to you guys, I thought it would be a waste to throw
them away" the alpha kept on nervously Glancing behind himself "is... everything alright?"
Frowning at the evident anxiety on the olders scent "taehyung is vomiting again, so if you
don't mind" leaving the door open and running back down the hall and into a room, jimin
leaned down and placed the flower pot on the door to keep it from moving and ran back to
his house taking the lavender flowers he already had on his coffee table and then running
back to the couples apartment, removing the pot and stepping in making sure to close the
door behind himself.

Remembering from his coffee date with taehyung where the kitchen was and placing down
the flowers on the counter to search down the hall for the bathroom "let it out" he found his
tenants on the floor while taehyung vomited over and over and seokjin rubbed his back in
circles "seokjin?" The man, a little surprised, looked at the younger "do you have honey? I
will make him tea" the man nodded."It has to be on the cupboard on the left" jimin hummed
and returned to the kitchen, looking for the honey and then taking from the refrigerator a
lemon.

While he stirred the tea he listened to the faint sound of shuffling before hearing a pair of
footsteps approach "is it ready?" Jin asked the anxiety not leaving his scent "yeah, you should
try and calm down it could make him more nervous" taehyung gave a tired hum of agreement
while his mate helped him to seat down on the large couch "I will try" taking a deep breath
while jimin walked up to them with a warm cup of honey and lemon tea "these will help to
sooth the nausea" taehyung nodded and with help of jimin took a large sip of the drink "when
it stops try eating something, bread could do, you need the energy" the older omega again
nodded and layed back on the cushions "small sips until he is done drinking it" these time
directing to the alpha who nodded, listening but not moving his eyes from his tired mate.
Jimin moved back into the kitchen where he had left the flowers and heard the tall alpha
follow behind him "these are the flowers I brought, I also took some lavender flowers from
my apartment, the smell helps with the nausea" jin took the purple flowers and moved them
to the coffee table near taehyung and then returning to the kitchen "thanks a lot" giving a
small smile to the shorter who shook his head "it's nothing, I know how it can be"

"But really jin, try calming down it will just make taehyung grow nervous and you don't want
that for the baby" rubbing reassuringly the alphas arm who took again a deep breath "I just
hate to see him go through it and not be able to do much" jimin sat beside him smiling at the
alpha fondly "I know, my mate got as nervous as you, when I left to the kitchen to get
something I was craving during the night he would scold me and lecture me on how I should
have woken him up so he could go get it for me" smiling at the memory, jins own smile
appearing as he looked at the blonde man "if you don't mind me asking, where's he?" Jimin
heaved out a breath and answered.

"He passed away six years ago" his smile fell and jin stared with knitted brows "i'm so sorry
for your loss" not sure what to do but jimin just gave him a tight smile, suddenly a pair of
arms where wrapping around jimin as taehyung silently cried "oh god I had no idea that
happened to you" the man whimpered and jimin just allowed him to hold him. And as
taehyung kept himself wrapped around him jimin found himself crying, maybe it was
because pregnant omegas where often found soothing for others or maybe it was just that his
hug felt so real and different from the ones he had received for a long time that at some point
were out of pity.

After what happened at jins and taehyung's apartments jimin went back to the shop and
focused on his work before going back to the apartment complex and making food for
himself and his son who woke up right after the food was done and once his tummy was full
accompanied his mom to the shop where they currently where working in. "It's pretty" jun-
seo said looking at the bouquet, daffodils and peony's wrapped on white paper with a white
ribbon "it is" jimin smiled at the result and then trailed his eyes to the other six arrangements
and then at the clock noticing it was already eight o'clock "do you want to go home already?"
Asking to his son while letting out a yawn himself, jun-seo hummed as well letting out a
yawn "yup, I'm sleepy" rubbing his green eyes "I will go tuck you in, I need to get some more
work done" jun-seo tilted his head to the side not liking the idea at all "but you haven't been
sleeping much already" jimin leaned down to be eye level with his son sitting on the counter
"I can last a few hours" lie.

"Alrighty, can I play with hobi tomorrow?" Jimin nodded and helped his son off of the
counter and took his hand on his own "if he is spending the day with his parents no" jun-seo
gave a small whine following jimin out of the shop "but I want to play" the blonde shrugged
and locked the door starting to walk down the street since they had opted to walk so jun-seo
could wake up more "I like it here mom" jun-seo suddenly said while looking around the
barely empty streets of the small town "that's good to know, but if you ever want us to leave
we can do so, I know you miss your uncle joonie" he hummed and looked up at his mom with
that same innocent smile that made his green eyes barely close and dimple pop "but you
smile more with your new friends, the others only made you upset" at the last part he looked
back ahead them.

"Do I?" Jun-seo nodded, jumping over the lines of the sidewalk.

After putting to sleep his son he returned to the shop and opened his notebook time flying by
as he sketched down different designs to try, he stood up and let out another long yawn
before taking on his hold the Yellow wrapper and a green ribbon to then spread the sheet on
the wooden counter and place on top the purple asters with smaller peony's rolling them over
and tying it with the green ribbon, the bouquet looked pretty so he set it aside with the others
and slumped back on his seat while resting his head on top of his arms which rested on the
counter. From the other side of the street jungkook was locking the bakery shop and then
glancing at his watch noticing it was already near twelve o'clock, he adjusted his grip on the
bag he had on his hand starting to walk but halting on his steps once noticing from the corner
of his eye the flower shops lights, through the window the alpha could see that jimin was still
there the faint lighting inside letting him make out the figure of the man resting against his
working table "why is he even still awake?" Frowning and deciding to go check on him.

Jungkook stepped inside the store and noticed how jimin didn't seem to hear him "jimin?"
Softly calling for the omega while walking closer to him "jimin?" Calling once again and
shaking lightly his shoulder "what?" The blonde jolted awake with wide eyes looking at his
surroundings "hey, are you okay? Why aren't you home yet?" Jimin sighed and rubbed his
palms across his face "you scared me" yawning and looking at the blue haired man "I was
working, I must have drifted off for a moment" Standing up but stumbling as sleep tried to
overcome him "jimin, go home, your eyes are all puffy" worried over the older "no, I will just
do a few more *yawn* arrangements" shaking his head trying to shrug off the tiredness,
jungkook tsked disapproving the idea "come on i will walk you home' ' Walking around and
taking jimins bag "hey! No I can walk myself" jungkook gave him a deadpanned look
knowing that was nowhere near the truth "I will walk you, besides jin asked me to bring them
some bread taehyung has been craving it" jimin hummed and allowed himself to be pulled
out of his shop after turning off the lights. "Let me lock" jungkook denied the man to take his
bag and searched for the keys himself and then locking the shops door "come on"
unconsciously placing a hand on jimin's back and pulling him closer and down the street,
jimins cheeks heated up at the contact his eyes sealing with the floor until they had to go into
the elevator, they were still silent until jungkook questioned him "have you been sleeping
well?"

"Huh?" Looking at the alpha who kept his eyes on the metallic door, his hand now resting
beside himself "you look exhausted, I'm guessing you haven't been sleeping at all" eyes
moving to the blonde omega who fell silent "jimin?" Shaking his head "yeah, I guess I have
been focusing a lot on my work" looking away from the younger and momentarily closing his
eyes "I will try *yawn* and sleep tonight" back resting against the elevator before he was
forced to step out of the metallic box "mind if i give these to jin first?" Jimin shook his head
and followed jungkook down the hall to the couples apartment, right after jungkook knocked
jin opened the door but the blonde omega stopped listening as soon as they started talking his
mind starting to grow foggy and his eyes growing heavier, by the time jin had closed the door
jimin's head was against jungkook's back the omega sound asleep making the alpha frown
"jimin?" Voice loud enough but he got no response "i'm going to move" but there wasn't an
answer again, jungkook slowly moved but his idea failed as he raced to catch the blonde
omega "did- did you really fell asleep?" Wide eyes staring down at the, in his opinion,
beautiful omega.

Jungkook shifted around and hanged jimins purse on his shoulder before bending his knees
and wrapping his right arm under the olders legs carrying him up bridal style "huh, you aren't
heavy" looking down at the sleeping omega noticing how his plush pink lips parted a little
while barely audible snores passed through them, gulping and tearing his eyes away from the
sleeping man and focusing on taking him to his own apartment. Once in front of the door he
struggled to reach for the apartments key but eventually got them and he pushed it open with
jimin still in his arms, when inside he pushed the door closed with help of his foot to then
walk around the dark apartment finding the hall that led to three doors, one he knew was jun-
seo's room which was on the right side, another door beside it that from being in taehyungs
and jins apartment he could guess it was the bathroom, so that took them to the third door on
the left wall, jimins room.

He pushed open the half closed door to find the wide bedroom with a quite big bed, the alpha
sat the blonde omega on the bed still holding him to his chest as he pulled down the bed
cover to then tuck jimin in "there we go" taking jimin's shoes off and covering him from head
to toe, his eyes not helping as they lingered on the sleeping omega "I really need to stop
looking at you" his thoughts corrupted as a small whimper left the males lips, brows forming
a frown like if he where having a bad dream but after a moment he stopped and relaxed on
his sleep. Jungkook stood up and walked to the drawer to leave the purse, eyes landing on the
wall where a picture of jimin was hanged, not only of him but of another man where it
seemed they were at a wedding, jimins wedding to be exact.

Chapter Summary

Jungkook makes a shocking realization and starts to wonder about his confusing
feelings.

Jungkook was already awake when his grandmother knocked on his door but instead of
shouting from the bathroom he was ready, he just layed in his bed without speaking, eyes
locked on the white ceiling.

The door to his room slid open and with a frown his grandmother stepped in "jungkook? Are
you awake?" Walking further into the room "yeah" he moved his eyes to find his
grandmother already by the foot of his bed "what's wrong?" the alpha sat up, blue hair
sticking in different directions "I think I like someone" his words making the woman's eyes
grow wide "so? What's for breakfast?" Getting off of his bed and out the room leaving behind
his shocked grandmother.

"Good mo-" Bon-Hwa stopped his words noticing the blank expression on his grandsons
face, jungkook walked to the stove and reached to the cupboard on top to pull out a plate
before serving himself some bacon and eggs, he then walked to the table where his wide eyed
grandpa sat and took the chair across him "what's with him?" He asked his wife when she
stepped beside him "he said he likes someone" the alphas eyes growing wider if possible as
he looked up to his mate "what?" Quite exaggerated of the couple to be shocked, their
grandson did have past relationships but none of them lasted more than a week, not only that
but jungkook had been the one to accept his exes proposals never had they heard their
grandson say he liked someone "I will go change" jungkook suddenly spoke Snapping the
elder couple from their trance as they watched their blue haired grandson stand up, leave his
plate on the sink and go to his room to change his clothes. When he closed the door a sighed,
jungkooks mind was fair to call a mess, he kept on replying what happened last night unsure
of those thoughts that had emerged when helping the omega because it was only that, he was
helping an unmated omega who had a pup, it was in his nature to help others and he had been
raised to be a good alpha and person to not only a partner but to the people that surrounded
him, it sounded like a fair excuse "what am i going to do?" Pushing his still messy blue hair
back and taking a sharp breath before walking further into his small room and opening his
closet to pull out his clothes for the day.
Jungkook's hands smoothed down his black shirt while he let out a small sigh "No feelings,
I'm just being nice" trying to reassure himself before leaving his room and going through the
living room where his grandparents sat, the young alpha placed both hands on his hips and
gave a proud smile "forget what I said! I do not have feelings for anyone" giving a firm nod
while the couple stared mouth agape at him. After a long silence Bon-Hwa cleared his throat
"that's okay, I guess" muttering under his breath the last part "why don't you go and deliver
the bread and I will go a little bit later" jungkook nodded and waved at them "see you later
then" walking out of the house and hoping on his bicycle, zooming down the street "hi
jungkook!" Greeting back at those that he knew well while giving a small nod as greeting to
others and after a short ride he parked in front of the bakery sparing his watch a small glance
and smiling as it was barely ten thirty in the morning, he was in time.

When he walked inside he was greeted by that same small gasp as wide silver eyes looked up
from the coloring book "kookie!! You are here!" Hoseok smiled at the alpha from his seat
behind the counter where he was placed on a stall "hi buddy, where's your uncle?" Hoseok
pointed at the kitchen and after ruffling the betas white hair walked into the kitchen "hi yoon"
the black haired omega looked up from the pan he was holding sliding it inside the oven and
turning it on after closing it "hi jungkook" giving a small smile to the younger and going back
to the front together "hobi can you hand me those bags?" Yoongi asked the beta who happily
nodded and set down his colors to reach for the brown paper bags while jungkook and yoongi
arranged them on the basket "can I go this time?" Jungkook was about to agree when yoongi
interfered "no, your parents will be here soon" Hoseok pouted "what are they going to do?"
Jungkook asked, making Hoseok excitedly smile "we are going house shopping!" Yoongi
laughed shoulders shaking "yes and no, they are going to see a house they liked, we are out of
space at my apartment" the alpha understood and had seen it come, yoongi lived in a small
loft that was a kind of a studio apartment, with Hoseok living with the omega there was
enough space but now that the couple had returned to settle on the town they needed a bigger
space. "Then next time you can go with me to deliver the bread" Hoseok smiled wide yoongi
combing the boy's hair back with a smile of his own "okie dokie!" He waved at jungkook the
older man stepping out of the bakery with the basket in hand to secure it on his bicycle, the
alpha hoped on his seat and looked up to find the glorious sight of jimin across the street, the
omega stood in front of his own shop wearing a pair of light high waisted jeans and a pink
button up shirt that hugged his figure while he held up a mirror and with his other hand
applied lip gloss on his plump lips, jungkook gulped. When the blonde saved his lip gloss he
looked up to find jungkook staring at him, jimins lips pulling into a smile as he waved at the
blue haired alpha "jungkook!" Named man widened his eyes noticing the omega was trying
to cross the road to approach him "I have something to ask" but before jimin could try and
pass the street jungkook was speeding off on his bicycle "sorry! I'm busy" shouting not
daring to stop.

Confused, Jimin shrugged it off and stepped in his shop where his son already awaited him.

When jungkook came to a stop of his first destination he huffed out a breath relieved yet
confused why he was running away from the blonde omega, he didn't felt anything towards
him or at least that's what he thought, he got off of the bicycle and took the basket to walk up
a small set of stairs to knock on the door. While he waited for the door to be answered he
looked down to get the bags to deliver and the door opened.

Yoongi was furiously stretching the bread dough when jungkook returned to the shop,
Hoseoks head dangling as he tried to fight the urge to fall asleep "but I told him... and what
did he say?..." yoongi kept muttering through gritted teeth making jungkook even more
confused "hobi?" Whispering close to the boy's ear whose head was about to fall on the table
when he was prevented to "huh?" Sleepy eyes looking at the blue haired alpha "why is
yoongi mad?" Setting down the basket while Hoseok spare his uncle a small glance "my
parents are late, I think dad called nini'' yawning wide before laying his head down on the
table on top of his arms "hey, yoongi?" The oldest head snapped to the side glaring to the
younger who halted on his steps "what?" Clearly angry.

"Well I'm afraid, but you are massacrating that dough" looking down at the mix provoking
yoongi to let out a sigh "i'm sorry" pulling back and washing his hands "my brother is just
causing me trouble, and turns out the house tour was an hour ago and he didn't care to tell me
at all" drying off his hands and glaring down at the sink "it was already hard enough to
convince seokjin on taking them on his busy schedule between selling houses and renting
apartments aside that taehyung is pregnant" Turning to look at jungkook "is there anything I
can do?"

"Well they are going to an open house of jin and Hee-chul was smart enough to let me know
a few minutes ago and that thing is about to start but I need to bake these!" Frustrated rubbing
his face before jungkook stepped up "go, I will do the baking, it wouldn't be the first time"
shrugging while a gummy smile took over yoongis features "are you sure?" Jungkook nodded
with a small smile "go, I know how to bake bread" the pale man gave a small chuckle and
patted the alphas arm to walk out to the counter "Hoseok come on, we are going to where
your parents are" he softly shook awake the boy who rubbed his eyes and let out a big yawn
"wanna sleep" pouty lips as he got off of the stall "alright, sleep while we go there" yoongi
saved the coloring book on his own bag along the colors before Crouching down to pick up
the five year old "see you kook" the alpha turned to the dough listening the door open and
close while he started to separate the mix in different shapes to then place them on the pan
and bend his knees to place the tray on the oven just as he heard the door open and close
again. "Did you forget your keys again?" Smiling at the memory of the black haired omega,
when he got no answer he frowned starting to clean the station "yoongi?" He could hear
footsteps approaching "jungkook?" The alphas eyes widened at the sound of jimins voice
"wait-" Straightening up to just hit his head with the top shelf "ow! Dammit!!" Reaching for
his head "oh god, are you alright?" Jimin rushed behind the counter at the sound of the
commotion "yeah. I think so" hissing lightly while rubbing the spot where he hit himself,
jimin took the youngers hands and replaced them with his own "I can't feel a bump so it's
alright" giving a reassuring smile as his eyes locked with jungkooks "oh sorry" taking a step
back jimin's eyes drifting to the table work while jungkooks lingered on the blonde "you were
baking?" Eyes moving once again to the blue haired alpha who snapped out of his trance
"yeah, yoongi had to leave early so i'm doing the rest" unwrapping the second ball of dough
"and jun-seo?" Throwing some flour on the metallic table to start working the dough.

"He is sitting at a table while glaring at the floor" Softly chuckling at his son "is he mad?"
Jimin nodded "he got angry because I won't take him to the ice-cream shop" jungkook tilted
his head to the side glancing at the man beside him while still rolling the dough "why not?"

"Because he hasn't eaten, I told him for dessert but he doesn't want to wait so long" shrugging
and folding his arms "fair enough" jimin leaned against the table watching the alpha work,
eyes trailing up from the hands rolling the dough up the males arms "and why are you here?
You seemed like you needed to tell me something earlier but I had to deliver the bread"
looking into jungkook's dark brown eyes "oh yeah, the emperor's day is approaching quick
and Do-won already told me which arrangement he liked more so I'm gonna take them
tomorrow, the only problem is that they don't fit in my car" jungkook hummed starting to
prepare the shaped dough on the trays "I was wondering if you could lend me the truck? I
really need the space" clasping his hands together and unconsciously doing puppy eyes that
of course jungkook couldn't resist "I see from where jun-seo got that look" sighing in defeat
with a small bunny smile "sure, besides I'm part of the team that moves around everything so
we can go together" jimin's fist up in the air in a small cheer "great!" The omega gave that
same eye closed smile that had enchanted the alpha.

Chapter Summary

Honesty is key. This time around though, it's making someone care deeply and possibly
fall in love.

Jun-seo could hear his mom's laughter from the kitchen in the bakery that had his frown
disappearing and curiosity raising, he slided out of his seat and made his way around the
counter further into the kitchen where the laughter increased and where he could make out
jungkook's voice "mom?" Approaching a work table looking around to find jimin and
jungkook "yes pumpkin?" The omega turned around and his son just looked from jungkook
to him "what are you doing?" Curiously tip toeing to look at what was in the table "nothing I
just asked jungkook about the car" jun-seo hummed shrugging off his mom and walking
around standing between the omega and the alpha "what's these?" Pointing at the uncooked
dough while looking at the blue haired man "that's how the bread looks before we bake it, it's
the dough" he smiled at the boy whose eyes glistened in amazement "really?! Is these what
we eat?!" Jumping on the spot while jungkook nodded "I was about to put it in the oven,
wanna help?" Jun-seo quickly nodded and followed jungkook to the ovens.

"Hold it tight" jun-seo again just nodded while receiving the tray from jungkook while the
man opened the ovens door "now put it in" the little alpha tiptoed to place securely the tray in
the oven "then we close it...and turn it on" Jungkook did so when the boys hands were out of
the oven, closing the lid and turning it on "when it's on we just set the timer" Turning it on as
well and looking down at the mesmerized child "woah" eyes slowly moving from the oven to
the smiling alpha his own lips pulling into a wide smile "can we do it again?! Can we can we
can we?!" Jimin smiled wrapping his son in a hug "jungkook must be busy, come on Let's go
eat" the boy pouted letting out a small whine, the alpha knelt down in front of him with a soft
smile "if you eat well then you can help me do the next tray" Jun-seo's smile back "are you
sure?" Jungkook nodded giving the blonde a reassuring smile "mind if I join you tho? I'm
hungry" rubbing the back of his neck while his stomach grumbled Making the little alpha
giggle "why not?" They waited a little while until the bread was ready before leaving so the
alpha was sure the shop would be fine for when he returned, they settled on just going for
burgers and fries from the restaurant the omega and little alpha had visited when they first
moved in.

As they approached the place jungkook went in first holding open the door for the blonde and
his son "thank you" jimin gave a small smile, his hand still holding his sons as he stepped in
and jungkook followed them to a table "have you guys been here before?" Jimin nodded and
his sons cheerful voice added "we came here our first day!" Jungkook raised his eyebrows at
the boy's words "really? And did you liked the food?" Jun-seo gave a firm nod followed by a
wide smile "I like the fries a lot! They are crunchy" the alpha softly laughed at the boy just as
a waiter approached them "oh jungkook, it's been long since I last saw you around" the young
alpha smiled at the blue haired one "yeah, with the festival around the corner I have been
more busy" the man 'oh'ed and raised the menus handing them over around the table
"anything to drink?" Jun-seo's small voice was the first one to speak "a vanilla shake!!" Jimin
smiled and nodded at the man who scribbled down the kids order "I will have a soda"
jungkook said and again before jimin could speak his son spoke "Mommy have a strawberry
shake! So we can match!"

"Should I?" Playfully pulling a thinking face making his son let out a small whine "alright"
softly chuckling and looking at the waiter "a strawberry shake will be for me" the man
nodded finishing from writing everything down "I will be back with your drinks" he walked
away and jun-seo turned his attention to the cool alpha "jungkook how do you know him?"
Voice full of curiosity "we went to the same school, besides wellspring isn't that big, most
people know each other" shrugging while the little alpha looked surprised "is it here really
small?!" Jungkook nodded and leaned over "there's actually a pretty place where you can see
a river" jun-seo gasped leaning closer to the older alpha "really?! I think jin talked about it!"
Gasping again almost jumping on top of his mom "can we go?! Can we Can we Can we?"
Big eyes looking up at the blonde omega "of course but some time later" jun-seo eagerly
nodded.

Soon enough their waiter returned and handed them their drinks, jun-seo happily taking a
long sip of his vanilla beverage "is it good pumpkin?" Humming in response, jungkook out of
curiosity spoke before thinking "did you expected him to be an alpha?" Jimin raised his
brows turning his attention to him "i- I mean, because his scent is a bit sweeter, I don't mean
to offend you two" Jun-seo giggled taking another long sip of his sweet drink while jimin
smiled at the alpha shaking his head lightly "it's alright, me and his uncle thought he would
be an omega because of his scent" patting his son's head who despite listening to their
conversation kept on happily drinking his milkshake "but when he fully presented his scent
became thicker and, still sweet but for an alpha" shrugging at his own words.

"Can I ask about your parents? I noticed you live with your grandparents" jungkook hummed
and sat back "my mom got pregnant very young she raised me herself, my dad, well he was
never in the picture" a soft look on the omegas eyes "we moved for a while to the city when I
was about five years old but... um things didn't go well for her, she-" looking at jun-seo who
seemed deeply focused on the coloring book jimin gave him from his bag "it's fine you don't
have to tell me anything you don't want to" jungkook gave a thankful smile "my grandparents
ended being the ones raising me, I was born and raised most Part of my life here" shrugging
not quite sure how to explain.
Jungkook averted his attention to the little boy who frowned in complete concentration with
his coloring book "do you like coloring?" The little alphas eyes moved up to look at the blue
haired one as he quickly nodded "yes! My uncle used to take me to these pretty places with
big paints" jungkook raised a brow "to a museum?" Jun-seo nodded and reached for jimin's
bag "what are you looking for?" The blonde chuckled when his son finally managed to pull
out his mom's phone and turned it on, tapping around before shoving the screen in the older
alphas face "lookie!" Jungkook smiled and pushed away Jun-seo's hand so the phone
wouldn't be pressed against his face, he looked properly at the image on the phone, it was
jun-seo on a man's shoulders in front of an art museum. The little alphas single dimple
matching the two the man holding him had, jun-seo changed the picture and appeared only
him pointing at a sculpture, he looked quite young probably three or four years old. Then it
was a sequence as in the next four pictures you could see jun-seo trying to pull down the
sculpture before jimin appeared moving him away and on to the next painting. The alpha
chuckled before appeared the picture of two man in front of a big white canvas that had the
top half already covered with paint, the two man appeared to be laughing with some paint on
their face and clothes, the brunette on the right was the same one of the first picture while the
silver haired one, he wasn't quite sure who he was but he could vaguely recall seeing
someone similar "is that your uncle?" Jun-seo's head tilted to the side and jimin took the
phone to check the image "oh yeah" he gave a soft smile of happiness yet... yet a glint of
nostalgia, or that's what jungkook could notice "that's- that's namjoon and jun-seo's dad" he
pressed his lips into a line while his son took the phone and smiled "yeah! Mommy said my
dad used to paint in his free time" his green eyes looked up at jungkook as he showed him the
picture.

"That's my dad!" He smiled wide and sat back just as the waiter returned to take their orders.

After eating as promised they went to buy jun-seo an ice cream to then start making their way
back to the shops. The little alpha was jumping over the sidewalk lines while behind him
where the other two adults.

"Do you mind me asking... w-where's your mate?" When jimin turned to look at him the blue
haired looked away "sorry if I'm being too nosey" jimin shook his head and looked back at
his son "don't worry, everyone gets curious about it, I have noticed everyone in town is just
that curious about me" he fell silent for a moment his hands latched together in front of
himself "he um- he passed away six years ago" giving a small quick look at the younger who
was no dumb as he placed two and two together, jun-seo was six years old, he gulped down
the doubt in his head and only looked at the blonde "it must have been tough, i'm sorry for
your loss... is that why you moved here?" Jimin gave a thoughtful hum before speaking
"maybe, I just wanted for us to be somewhere we both could have a different life, i thought a
town would be better to raise jun-seo... and for me"

"The city isn't as great, nowhere is great, but i have him so as long as he is happy wherever
we are..." smiling at his son who stopped jumping to lick more his melting ice cream cone "I
will be happy" he chuckled and reached for the paper napkin on his pocket to then crouch
down in front of the little alpha cleaning off of his face the crumbs and ice cream while
jungkook could only stare at the two of them, they were really something and he couldn't
help himself but grow curious, or at least that's what he wanted to call it. Curiosity.
"Jungkook! Can I um help to make more bread?" Shyly jun-seo glanced down at his feet his
free hand holding onto jimins who stood next to the boy "well if your mom doesn't mind"
jun-seo looked at his blonde mom with big puppy eyes making the omega sigh "fine but I
will be in the shop so be good" he quickly nodded "do you mind if he goes with you? I
wanted to go buy more materials" jungkook hummed "thanks, and you be a good pup okay?
If you do something bad jungkook will let me know" the chestnut haired boy frantically
nodded before jimin turned to look at the younger "do you mind giving me your phone? Just
in case anything happens" jungkook agreed and pulled out his phone so that instead the
omega could write down his phone number in jungkook's contacts "Don't worry much, take
your time" the blonde smiled and kissed his sons cheeks "I will be good mommy!" Bopping
jimins nose who returned the gesture "that's my little alpha"

They watched the blonde omega leave before jungkook turned around to find jun-seos green
eyes already looking at him "okay bud, let's get going to the bakery, I think Hobi must be
back by now" the little alphas eyes glistened while he slipped his small hand to hold onto
jungkooks "can he bake with us too?!" Looking up at the blue haired alpha as they started
walking to the bakery "sure! Yoongi will also help so we will all be baking" smiling down at
the young alpha who seemed giddy to help.
