    This is to certify that Md Abu zafor, son of Md. Younus Sikder, is working as Estimator &
    Site Engineer in Alliance Builders Limited since 1 st February, 2013 to 31st December 2014.
    He is responsible for the following activities:

     oversee the construction project from start to finish;


     perform a key role in project planning and identification of resources needed;
     maintaining the project construction schedules by correct supervision of the work and
    assuring availability of adequate tools, equipment and manpower;
     participate in project meetings with customers, sub-contractors and customer
    nominated engineering personnel; and
     ensuring overall quality control in the projects as per standard set by the management.

    He is our regular employee and has been working assiduously with us. He has good
    reputation as a member staff and I wish success in his every sphere of life.
