Step 1.
Login to the Broker Portal.
• Start at hf.org/brokers
• Click Broker Portal Login.
Username = National Producer Number (NPN)
Your Name

Password = P@ss1234 (first-time password)

NOTE: You will be prompted to update your password
after logging in and set up three security questions.

Step 2.
Set up your Direct Deposit. See the attached flyer with
instructions for principal agents to complete.

Step 3.
Available training and ready to sell status. Health First Health Plans offers Individual & Family and Medicare
Advantage Plans. Many resources are available from the broker portal including onboarding training and
sales collateral. If you plan to sell Medicare, be sure to complete the Health First Medicare Certification
(HFMC) Training course.

Step 4.

Direct deposit.
Setup instructions.

In order to set up Direct Deposit, you must first log in to the Broker Portal.

Broker portal login.

• Start at hf.org/brokers
• Click Broker Portal Login.
Username = Enter your National Producer Number (NPN).
Password = Enter the password you have created for yourself.

Direct deposit.
Your Name

Health First pays Broker commissions

electronically.
• Click Book of Business.
• Select Direct Deposit.
NOTE: If you are not able to see the Direct
Deposit section in the Broker Portal, this is not
a requirement for you. Principal agents will be
required to complete the Direct Deposit process.

Items needed before submitting your Direct Deposit request:

• A legible voided check MUST be attached electronically to your Direct Deposit request.
• The name on the voided check must match your current commission designation.
• The name on the Direct Deposit request must match the name of your current commission designation.
