Self-assessment
My performance in the introductory presentation video has room for improvement:

- Verbal aspects
o Speed should be more flexibly adjusted to the corresponding content of the speech so
the audience can better catch up with my speech
o Appropriate pauses should be added to pace the speech
o A more conversational tone can be adopted at parts to form better commaraderie with
the audience.
- Nonverbal aspects
o More natural eye contact to capture the audience’s attention
o More natural hand and body gestures
- Content development
o The presentation should have shifted more focus on my personal traits (background and
merits)
