 Operations receiving, moving, replenishing, picking, cycle count, order allocation,
delivery planning & stock transfer.
 Managing a team of AAs conducting performance reviews, training/coaching, delegating
responsibilities.
 Checking the freshness, conditions, damage clearance and monitoring the FIFO and IOL,
FUD.
 Review operations continuously to increase productivity and implementing proactive
plans to improve productivity.
  Monitoring UPH and TPH of process path and sustaining the productivity.
 Taken part of bin and pallet Apollo audit, key Safety Requirement (KSR) audit.
 Safety audit daily base take action issue feedback
 During peak worked in Replenishment and reduced the FUD and cleared the
Replenishment on time.
 Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment.

Current role - Inbound Stow Step-up leader: 2020 October to Present

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Managing a team of 30 AA’S; conducting performance reviews, training/coaching, delegating

responsibilities
 Assigned HC for stow and replenishment according to the backlog on the floor.
 Taking action to correct, staff shortcomings and planning accordingly.
 Review operations continuously to increase productivity and implementing proactive plans to
improve productivity
 Collected SML data and worked with lead in order to implement the Consolidation of small
items to 30 deep bins.
 During peak worked in Replenishment and reduced the FUD and cleared the Replenishment
on time
 Coached the associates periodically and provided feedback for top the top offenders
 Monitoring UPH and TPH of process path and sustaining the productivity.
 Giving prompt and accurate information on individual staff member performance.
 Regularly cleared IOL without sideline app and recovered the missing items.
 Conducting team meeting and sharing best practices with colleagues.
 Taken part of PIT Audit, key Safety Requirement (KSR) audit and other safety audit
 Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment.
