year ,SADIYA SABA Daughter of P. ABDUL AZEEZ Aged about 20 years,
ABDUL HAFFEZ son of ANDUL AZEEZ Aged 12 years.

Resident of NO.1/79, MSRC Qtrs, Gandhi NAGAR, KG Halli, Bangalore-

560045. Do hereby declared and solemnly affirm as under:

1. That we are the only heirs of the deceased Heart Attack Who died at
Bangalore on 04/05/2021. We alone represent the estate of Smt.
SURAIAYA BEGUM, SADIYA SABA and ABDUL HAFFEZ.

2. That the deceased P. ABDUL AZEEZ did not leave any will and
therefore we are only successors to the estate of the said deceased.
