Greetings!

This is to inform your good office that Felixberto Dicon Dorado Sr.
Integrated School, District of Panitan is not qualified to conduct this year’s
National Learning Camp Assessment because of the following reasons:

1. Unavailability of working computer units.

2. Unavailability of working stand-alone Desktop Unit.
3. Unavailability of working tablet-PC unit.
4. Unavailability of working computing – virtual PC unit.
5. Insufficient internet speed for testing rooms. School Internet speed is 25
mbps, while the required school internet speed is at least 50 mbps.

Our school is willing to comply if we can meet all the technical

requirements for NCLA. Please do understand the insufficiency of our
equipment to conduct the virtual assessment.
